Mega Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Really well. He arrived on time, and after looking around offered to do the other spaces I needed. I thought I couldn't get everything up off the floor in time, but he insisted on moving most of my small items for me and putting them up on chairs or other furniture after asking me if it was ok. I got a lot more done than I thought I had time for, my floors look great!

When I made my appointment, I was given a 2-hour arrival window. Gerardo called about 15 to 20 minutes before he arrived, which was at the beginning of the 2-hour window. He reviewed the areas that I wanted cleaned and confirmed the price, which was consistent with the estimate that I received when I made my appointment. Gerardo and his brother own the business and he clearly takes pride in his work. He was friendly and professional. Gerardo vacuumed the carpet and pretreated stains and traffic areas before cleaning the carpet. The carpet cleaning system that he used was fully inside the house and was fairly quiet. He moved a couple of smaller pieces of furniture. He finished with a carpet rake, which really fluffed the carpet nicely. The carpet was very clean and only a little damp. Most of the carpet except for a few areas that required more of the initial spot cleaning was completely dry within 3 hours. I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning service and definitely plan to use Mega Dry again.

They've done very well for us. We've used them a couple times a year for several years then we put hardwood floors and we didn't really need a carpet cleaner anymore. Their service was very personal. They were extremely easy to work with. The product that they use and the techniques that they use for cleaning rugs work very well. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I was really impressed with the Bonnet system. It got our carpet as clean as steam cleaning and dried much faster. They were very professional, showed up on time, and answered all my questions.

I found mega dry very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions as we did a walk-through through the home. The service was fast and they treated all of my furniture very carefully. I decided to try their bonnet system because it supposedly dries faster. And I can attest to the fact that it does. They finished at around 11:30 AM and told me I could put the small amount of furniture that they put in the kitchen back into the various rooms by 1 PM. Even 30 minutes after they left the carpet is far dryer then when we've had steam cleaning done. In some cases with steam clean we've had to wait overnight for the carpet to be dry enough. And it looks beautifully clean. I pointed out the high-traffic areas and a couple of stains and cleaned back to its original state. Their price was comparable with other quality cleaners we have used in the past.

Excellent work. Carpet had not been cleaned in 5 years since I bought new when we moved in. Mega-dry got the job done in about 1.5hrs and the carpet dried quickly. I mentioned my concerns about waterproof padding we have causing potentially excessive dry times. Said it would take 12 hours to completely dry but it was mostly dry about 4 hours later - some areas drying faster than others. Used the whole house fan with all open windows to help move along the process on an already dry day. Everything went great and I was able to get the house back "assembled" (aka we had too much stuff to relocate off the carpet) shortly after that 4 hours which kept the WAF (Wife Approval Factor) very high. This company responded right away with available time slots, arrived on time, the workers were all professional, and their price was great for the quality of service. The carpet did take a bit to dry, but we also have the type of carpet where water is meant to puddle on top and not seep into the pad, along with the pad being waterproof, so I think that is part of the reason that it took longer than I was expecting for it to dry. Either way, the carpet looked brand new again and I was really happy with the result. I am DEFINITELY going to be utilizing their services in the future.

OK but stains returned. Date of service is approximate. This review was not voluntary. Angies List has repeatedly thrown up a screen asking for the review each time I log in. Have asked Angkes List several times to stop the request for review with no luck.

Gerardo showed up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. As with previous carpet cleaning visits, he inspected the work thoroughly and did his usual pre-vacuuming. However, he seemed to be in a social mood and chatted incessantly with my wife - to the extent that he was not as focused on his work as usual. He had to be redirected to clean the one and only stain on the entire set of cushions and he also managed to miss the headrest on the chair (the dirtiest part). The rest of the job turned out well, but he slightly scratched our wood floor moving a coffee table back into place. All in all, a very nice guy to work with and reasonable quality results for the price.

This family owned and operated company was extraordinarily responsive to my schedule. Gerardo was right on time and did the work in a most professional manner . . . and he is a most engaging fellow. Not knowing what caused the stain, it was necessary to return for a second treatment which was completely successful; Gerardo did this quickly, cheerfully and without additional cost. I am very pleased with Mega-Dry's work.

The crew showed up on time after a telephone call saying when they would be there within the time frame I asked for. I explained what the job was, and the crew got right to work. Very thorough and professional job for the entire service. Amazing results for a very tough overall cleaning job that included pet stain removal and deodorizing. Took about 4 hours and the carpet has not looked this good since it was new. The upholstery and rug cleaning was also done to 'like new' standards. Mega-Dry has my enthusiastic recommendation for value, results and professionalism. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors (and I have) and friends. If I need the services again, Mega-Dry gets the call.

Wonderful. Our carpet has not looked so clean in ages,even the high traffic areas. We had a a large area in our upstairs hallway where 1 or more of the dogs had peed repeatedly & it would never come clean & persistently smelled bad even after other professional cleaning. Mega Dry lifted the carpet & attacked the problem from underneath the carpet, then effectively cleaned the top of the carpet. We recommended them to friends we had dinner with last night & would highly recommend them to anyone. Very courteous & professional. Kept us informed of everything they were doing

I needed carpet cleaned in just one room on a short notice. They were very accommodating and scheduled for next morning. The cleaning process was fast with no mess. Also the carpet dried in shorter time.

Gerardo came out to the house a couple of days after receiving a note from AL. He looked at the job and provided an estimate on the spot (so to speak). We agreed and schduled for a couple of days out. He and his son arrived on time but before they got started he said... ":i made a mistake on the estimate..." uh oh, i thought.... here it comes... He continued " I added it up wrong.. ..." Yeah, yeah... i heard this before.....I was waiting for the other shoe to drop.... " it's 100 dollars too much... it's only.... " Wait, what? He corrected a mistake and the result was in MY favor? Ok - he's my new best friend. :-) Others i have dealt with might not have said anything and perhaps pocketed the extra Benjamin Point 1: Honest and professional. They worked quietly and politely and the results were better than expected. With a five year old, stains are kindofa daily thing, but MegaDry worked them out and we are very happy with the results. No sopping wet this or spotty that. Point 2 : Quality results I want to spill something just so we can have them back. Will never use anyone else.
