Description of Work: Gerardo cleaned one large room, which was really like 2 rooms, another room, a full set of stairs, and a smaller set of stairs (our house is split level). |He was very nice, punctual, did a great job. Some areas were harder to clean than others, but he explained that if cleaned again regularly and in 6 mo., the stubborn stains will improve.

Description of Work: I had them clean the upholstery on my large sectional sofa, two upholstered chairs with ottomans, four dining chairs and five cushions from my kitchen dining chairs. They did an excellent job cleaning these highly used furniture items in my home. Mega Dry had previously cleaned the carpets in my home and had done a great job so I was happy to use their services again.

Description of Work: Cleaned sofa and pillows and cleaned 3 bedrooms. I had soap stains from using a Bissell Spot Bot that initially got out the stains but the residual soap trapped even more dirt after the fact. They got all the stains out and it's a lot cleaner but the Bissell Spots are still a but darker than the rest of the carpet and I fear will still attract more dirt. Other than that, they were quick, punctual, and prices were reasonable.

They performed the work just as they said they would and in the time they said it would take. I am delighted with the job, my carpet has not looked this good in years. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Finally, an exceptional carpet cleaning company! I cannot recommend Gerardo's company highly enough. I had been through 3 carpet cleaners using their coupons, and the results were bad. Carpets looked OK when they let, but by the next day all the pet stains returnded...the tea bag effect. Not only was the service exceptional, but it's run by a family and I like to support small business, but the owner, Gerardo, was just the nicest guy. It took him 2 hours to clean the carpets and told us if any stains returned to call him and he would come back. Wow...how often do you hear that from a coupon carpet cleaner. He's the owner and cares about the quality of his work. Call him and you won't be sorry the day after the carpet was cleaned to see the teabag stains pop up.
