This is very unusual and surprising to us because situations like these rarely happen and if so get brought to our attention immediately. We are concerned as to why this wasn't mentioned sooner. From our records, we can see that you made an appointment on September 24th but then cancelled that appointment. Normally, we would put notes of further discussions taking place regarding an appointment if their was a conflict or discourse with the customer. If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to call us to clarify. If this was a mistake made on our part, then we would be happy to give you a free cleaning. Description of Work: All seemed great with my carpet cleaning until the carpets were still wet 48 hours later. I was assured they would be dry in 6-8 hours. |The carpets do look clean, they just took so long to dry, we were wearing wet socks for 3 days, even after running fans, leaving windows open, and doing everything we could to get extra airflow.

I’m glad the carpets look clean but apologize for the inconvenience caused by the overly wet carpets. We know how uncomfortable it can be to wear wet socks around the house. Our carpets usually dry in 3-4 hours but sometimes when the carpets are so dirty our technicians do a deeper cleaning which may have caused the carpets to stay wet. This job was done in October, so we recommend calling us right away for a solution whenever you see a problem. We are happy to help and always here to assist.
