Description of Work: This is the second time that I have used Mega-Dry. The owner, Gerardo Rojas, comes out to do the work. This time his son was his helper. Very prompt and courteous. Prices are reasonable and they do good work! Would definitely use Mega-Dry again.

The cleaners came on time and were extremely courteous. The job was done in a timely manner. Overall was a very good experience.
Description of Work: 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and bathroom were first vacuumed, then treated for spots, then finally steam cleaned (some light furniture was moved).

Mega-Dry was great from start to finish. They gave me a price over the phone, set the appointments to fit my schedule, came as they promised, were very nice, and did a great job.

Was able to get an appointment one week after placing my call. Sylvia, called day before cleaning to confirm and gave me a two hour window. On day of appointment, Jerardo called and said he would be here within the next half hour and he was here in 25 minutes. He and his son completed the work within a couple of hours and did a beautiful job. Jerardo is very amicable, as is his son and works in a professional orderly manner. I am very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Jerardo and his son cleaned the carpets in my living room, dining room, master bedroom including hallway and large walk in closet. Also cleaned several spots in guest bedroom. The remainder of my home is tiled.

They were excellent. They were on time and had courteous service at the price quoted. We obtained several quotes by the way, and this was the best one. And best of all, the carpets were cleaned beyond our expectations, with most of the stains removed.
