Pablo was terrific... polite, neat, caring and professional. He was very assiduous in his work and did a marvelous job, even in hard-to-clean spots like well-used stairs. He also cleaned some area rugs for us. The only complaint is that we were told the carpets would be dry in 3-4 hours. One day later, and many areas are still quite damp (which makes it hard to move furniture back into place). Overall, though, we were extremely satisfied with the work and the worker, and would definitely use again.

Gerarda was on time and very professional. He did a great job on my carpet that has been well lived on by pets. It came out better than I was expecting and I will definitely use Mega Dry again.

Geraldo is polite, attentive and a great worker. He has found a product that really cleans and protects carpets. They dry quickly, smell wonderful, have no sticky residue and stay clean and fresh looking for an amazing amount of time. And I am talking about the stairs! Needed a well used carpet and recliner cleaned. We have 3 dogs, so the carpet was quite dirty. Pablo got right to work, got everything cleaned and looking almost new. The whole house smells so much better now, and the carpet is cleaned. Excellent job, Excellent Worker, and very fair pricing. Will definitely use again.

I've been using Mega Carpet Cleaners for my last 3-4 carpet cleanings. I try to clean my carpet every 6-9 months. Pablo is the son who also works along with his dad and does my cleaning...be sure to ask for Pablo. His dad does excellent work but Pablo is also starting on his own under the name of Mega Carpet Cleaners. He works hard is always on time and does a great job. He cleaned my carpet and then I spilled coffee on my sofa arm and next to the end table. I called Pablo he came out and cleaned it and you can't see the spill on either the upholstery of my sofa or on the carpet. I had him come out and go over the carpet near the front door after he cleaned my carpet, he came out cleaned it over again at no cost. He does say the carpet will dry in 24 hours but it takes three days for my carpet to completely dry before I put my furniture back. He really is a hard worker and very pleasant to work with....his father should be proud. His father is also just as good but I'm giving Pablo my business to get him started. My condo has two bedroom, living room, dining room and carpet in the bathroom. He did that and cleaned my recliner for $150.00.

These guys were great to work with. Extremely thorough and took their time making sure that all of the dirty spots of my 15 year carpet came out. Even wine stains! I needed this done before Christmas and was able to schedule an appointment the day before Christmas without any problems. They showed up on time and completed the job on time. Would definitely hire these guys again and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent. The stairs were badly stained but using a stain remover they turned out perfectly. Also the price quoted stayed the same. There were no surprise "extra" costs once he started work.

Mega Dry did a great job cleaning the carpeting. I was very satisfied with the work performed and the carpet was clean but not saturated with moisture like some cleaning companies. I will be using them again in the future.

The workers were very professional and courteous. They arrived within the prescribed time and ready to work. I gave a good rating just because I was expecting maybe better results than I got. The carpet isn't even a year old and it still looks a little soiled in the traffic areas. Maybe it's the carpet and how it wears. I'll be contacting the carpet manufacture to get their response. Other than those minor details I would definitely hire them again.

Gerardo and his son Pablo arrived in the time window and were prepared. Gerardo is very personable. I showed them the furniture. They started on the 15 year-old sectional which was dirty with spots from the cats and every day use. It had been cleaned in the past. I do not recall if they pre-treated the spots. They did use lots of hot water to the point where they saturated the couch with so much water that it was all over my wood floor. They had put a plastic cover under the couch, but the water was everywhere. I felt the need to get a bunch of towels to sop up the water, afraid that it was seeping into the floor. Gerardo realized my concern, bringing in mops to pick up the water and used floor cleaner to clean up. By this time, I was so upset that I cancelled the cleaning of the other furniture. Gerardo was supposed to add fabric protection, but told me that he would do so at a later date. The couch and pillows were still very wet seven hours later to the point where my husband was afraid we were going to have a mold problem. Now that they are dry, a day later, the dirt spots are visible and the couch looks streaky. I also noticed tears in the fabric that were not there before! I should have my money refunded. I don't know how Mega-Dry got such a good review from Angie's List. I am so disappointed. I don't know that I can trust the rating system on Angie's List. In the future, I will be sure to use word-of-mouth when choosing a service provider.

It was terrific! I'm really happy with the work they did. They got out some really bad spots that I wasn't sure anyone could get out! I'm very happy with the work. They charged me $140.00 which is more than a fair price- in the past I've been charged close to $200.00! They came on time, there were two men, Gerardo and Pablo and I would have them back again, definitely.

They were prompt, professional, and did a good job cleaning the carpets.

I got quoted and once the job was complete they told me another price. I don't like to work with Company`s that say 1 thing and do another.
