Mega Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I first called Mega Dry from their great reveiws on Angie's List. I would now use them for all my carpet cleaning needs. I called on a Monday afternoon and they were able to be out at my house by Wednesday morning. This is a family business that truly cares about their customers which is a rare commodity these days. Gerald and Pablo called like they promised to inform me of their arrival time, they were professional and thorough. Their pricing was fair and comparable. Best of all these are truly professional!

Made an appointment with pleasant lady on 09/15, Gerald Rojas came with help (family owned business) was very satisfied with work and for price paid. Carpet was not left wet or soggy.

We have off white carpet that has been in our house for 10+ years. I have 2 messy teenagers and our carpets were disgustingly dirty!! The carpet had not been cleaned in over a year. It had MULTIPLE stains that I didn't think could be cleaned. They arrived on time and went to work! They vacuumed, spot cleaned, cleaned and spot cleaned again! They worked so h****** my carpets and the carpets now look GREAT! I am VERY pleased with their work and I will definitely use them again. Actually, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their price was very reasonable.

He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. And the best part was that the carpet looked better, cleaner and newer than when we moved in a year prior! Just terrific job and a pleasure to work with. We'll be using him again when we need our carpet cleaned in our new home. We'd highly recommend using Mega-Dry.

Prior to calling Mega-Dry, we had contacted another well respected company; however, after 3 of our phone calls went unanswered, we decided to pursue another company. Much to our good fortune, we came upon Gerardo of Mega-Dry. From the first phone call to the last rug cleaned, Gerardo demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. He was courteous on the phone and arrived promptly at his scheduled arrival time. He came in and listened carefully to understand the different tasks we wanted to accomplish, and then made recommendations. One of our rugs had not been profesisonally cleaned in quite a few years so he recommended that it be taken off premises for a throrough scrub down. He cleaned another Oriental rug and it turned out beautifully and looks like new, despite having long term pet stains on it before he cleaned it. Gerardo then proceeded to clean our large sectional sofa. (It was so beautiful after he was finished that we almost rued the fact that we had already purchased another one and planned to donate this couch to our condo party room!) Gerardo then moved on to a very dirty white microfiber chaise that had been in a very grubby garage storage area. (We thought it was probably a goner....) It, too, was amazingly clean after he finished working it over with his magic. Gerardo also cleaned another one of our rugs that was pretty unsightly and it looked like new when he finished. The colors completely came alive! The very expensive but very dirty, dinghy upholstered patio furniture returned to its former beauty when Gerardo was finished. Gerardo is a very intelligent, generous, hard-working man that takes a lot of pride in his work and in his relationships with his customers. He also is very funny and downright entertaining while he works. We had to make him take a break for water and a bite to eat after many hours of hard work because he was so focused, he didn't want to stop. It has been over a month now, and everything still looks amazing. I don't remember hugging a service person, but I hugged this wonderful man. Thank you, Gerardo! We will recommend you to all of our friends and neighbors.

Excellent experience. Carpets are immaculate. We had a mix up on the time of the appt (which looking back was probably my fault) and instead of arguing or rescheduling, the OWNER (I would later find out) got in his truck and was at my door in 30 minutes. Not surprisingly, he did a FANTASTIC job. Even took care of a 6 month old spot out in the condo hallway because it "bothered" him. Could not be more pleased with the experience. Im a regular customer now.

I had contacted 3 carpet cleaning contractors via Angie's List email. Mega Dry was the only one who got back to me. Sylvia was responsive via email, and patient when I had to reschedule a couple of times. Gerardo came out and did a fine job of cleaning my carpet, explaining the processes along the way. My carpets look better than previous cleanings with other well known companies, and the service was much better. I would recommend Mega Dry and use them again.

Gerardo, was wonderful ! Right on time, very courteous, and professional. I initially called after hours just wanting info, so I did not leave a message. Within a few minutes Gerardo's wife, called me back and answered all my questions. Great service !

They were polite from the first phone call, prompt schedule, efficient and competent work and a good price. I will use them again. And probably more than just once a year since the price was so good!

I went with this company after reading about them on Angie's list. They were punctual and professional we had just moved into our home and decided to get the carpets clean instead of replacing them as they were in good condition. I am totally happy with the service provided and will call back in the future if I should need their service. Job well done

They were good. They vacuum very well before they do the cleaning and they did some extra areas like the halls which they noticed and they didn't charge me extra for it. They reduced the price because we were on Angie's List and they came back and cleaned three chairs. They also cleaned the back of the chairs as my dog likes to rub on them. I think their prices are very reasonable and they do a very good job. The people who come out are very nice and the owner himself comes out. His son also came out the first time with him. He is very polite and cleaned up very well. They were a little late but they called to tell me that they would be late. The first job took longer than they had thought.

When I first started, they were the first ones I contacted for a bid. They quoted me $185. Their service was very good and excellent. The carpets were dry when they were finished. Their process was good and they did a very good job of cleaning. I will use them again.

The carpet in the hall was quite dirty and they got it cleaner than I thought they could. All of the carpet dried quickly and looks very good. We were thrilled with his promptness and his work. We would not hesitate to recommend Gerardo at any time. Excellent job.

Approximately 2 weeks after Gerardo and Pablo cleaned all the carpets in our newly purchased (short-sale) home, we had a clog in in our main water line which caused a back-up from the sewer to the master and guest bathrooms, resulting in seepage through the wall into the guest bedroom carpet. After the plumbing problem was corrected, we called Megadry Carpet Cleaning again, and Gerardo was quick to make the 40-minute drive up to our home to investigate the horrible smell which now emanated from the guest bedroom. We all knew that mildew had set into the carpet and the stench could now be smelled upon entering the front door of our home. Gerardo quickly removed the baseboards, brought up the section of wet carpet, cut out the wet padding, and spread disinfectant on the concrete foundation and wet carpet. He then returned to his shop and returned with a dehumidifier and a powerful fan. The fan he placed in the master bathroom where the flooding originated and the dehumidifier he put between the foundation and wet carpet in the bedroom. The rooms were closed off. The next day we switched the equipment to the opposite rooms, and the third day switched them back again. When Gerardo and Pablo returned, not only was the carpet in the guest bedroom perfectly dry and smelling great, but the previously swollen bathroom door which had no longer closed since the overflow was back to normal and closed perfectly! In addition,Gerardo and Pablo completely vacuumed and re-cleaned all the areas in the house that had been impacted by the flooding problem. Also, they retreated a few spots that remained from their first cleaning, very effectively. I would also like to add a commendation for Sylvia, the company office manager. From the Megadry office she completely coordinated the scheduling of the whole job in a very professional manner. I found her to be so professional, ethical, friendly and helpful, and, in my opinion, such an assert to the company. Even in the background, her organizational skills and wonderful business ethics were outstanding. She took extra measures to insure that I was able to communicate with Gerardo as needed. This is an upstanding, outstanding company which I will recommend to all my friends.

Gerardo and Pablo worked for more than 2 hours. Although the machinery is naturally noisy they moved quietly and professionally. They are very good workers, clean and conscientious. They did not leave until both they and we were satisfied. When they left not a mark could be seen on our recently installed, light beige carpeting. We shall definitely employ them again and recommend them highly.

Our family reunion was coming up, and my carpets were in dire need of cleaning. There were stains from every possible substance and I was sure some of them were permanent. When they arrived they explained the process, the guarantee, and their commitment to make me happy. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and they were positive that all of the stains could be removed. And they were right! My 12 year old carpet looks like new! Drying time was exactly what I was told: fast! Now after the reunion, the carpets still look great! I definitely recommend Mega Dry.

The area rugs as well as the 2 bedroom carpets look amazing!!! I will do this same thing again in the future. Mega cleaners truly is a delight - professional, punctual, no mess to clean up.... highly recommend!!

I had all the carpet in our house cleaned, plus an area rug. All were quite dirty because we have 3 dogs, and I had put off cleaning thinking that I was going to replace the carpet. They used the "dry" pad method on most of the carpets, but pretreated and steamed the stairs because they were so soiled. The carpets look (and smell) much better now!

It's too bad there are only 5 stars. This man deserves 50 stars! I called this company based on reviews on Angie's List. The owner came himself; he was responsive, exactly on time and did an absolutely magnificent job! He explained his process (I had never had my carpets cleaned with a waterless method, but the last company that cleaned the carpets did a terrible job and the carpets were wet for two full days. I figured this had to be better and the price was exactly the same as his estimate. He removed ALL the spots, moved the portable furniture (not the couch!) and replaced everything when he was finished. My carpets look brand new! I have a full flight of stairs and he even removed the "traffic pattern". The places where my dog likes to throw up are gone! Fantastic..and the carpet was dry in three hours! This is my go-to guy from now on! This is one time when a company is worth every penny I paid him. Outstanding!

It went great. The light colored carpet was almost like new and they were done within less than an hour. It was dry within just a couple hours. They were punctual and professional and quick. And the chemical they use is safe for my cats. It has been about a month, and the stains have not reappeared. We'll be using Mega-Dry a couple times a year (or as needed).

They were pleasant and professional. They moved then returned the furniture after the carpets and tile. They explained the process and how long it would take to dry. There is nothing negative to report and am very happy with both jobs. They arrived sometime after their initially stated return time to seal the tile but it was no big deal. We did want the job to be finished in one day for convenience. The great plus is the use of environmentally friendly products. Would highly recommend to anyone!
