Mega Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Very good service. They were able to fit us in within 2 days of my appointment call. They gave a two hour window for arrival, and called ahead and arrived approximately promptly in the middle of that window. Friendly, professional service, and the rugs look great. Stain treating is part of their service, and they also did a pre-vacuum and some cobweb removal. We would definitely use them again.

Called a week ahead to schedule and could have had work done the next day if it had fit my schedule. Arrived on time, finished quickly, totally professional. Most areas were dry by evening, with more heavily soiled areas dry next day. Beautiful.

The service performed was beyond our expectations. They are prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgable. My home required them to clean approximately 3,000 square feet of carpet with various stains that we could not remove ourselves from a dog who endured side effects of chemotherapy. They did an amazing job on our off white/cream colored carpet! My other dog, who has allergies to almost everything, did not begin sneezing (which is a true testament to the pet friendly, allergen-free chemicals they use). The carpet was not soaking wet when they were through and did not take two days to feel completely dry like other cleaners have left our carpet. They will vacuum your carpets and move furniture accordingly prior to cleaning. They completed the job in 2 1/2 hours. Knowing the process and how long the job would take, we vacuumed the carpets for them the night before and something we will do again for such wonderful people who offer an excellent service. Gerardo and his son are congenial, easy going professionals that we will surely ask to return to our home for future carpet cleaning. We feel fortunate to have found such good professionals such as they on Angie's list. You will be satisfied if you solicit their services ... and the price is extremely reasonable and affordable.

I picked them up off Angie's List. The job was excellent. They called me back immediately when I sent an email for the request of service. They did a follow up call to remind me how they did it and to make sure everything was okay. They did a follow up call on the day so that I knew that they were coming. They were very courteous and professional. Their cleaning was very thorough. They explained the process. They were very reasonable in terms of cost. It's a family run business. I could see that they really take the time to get to know their clients and to find out what their client's needs are and then they address those. The job was fabulous. I would highly recommend them. I'm going to give their business card to the homeowners association in my neighborhood. They were very reasonable. They gave me their business card and I'm going to give it to a couple of real estate agents who live in the community so that they can pass it on to new homeowners. I'm going to just put it up on the information for the community because they were outstanding.

Mega-Dry called at them time they promised, the person assigned was extremely polite (Gerardo) and educated us in details of carptet care; what to use and what not to use. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains but indicated that pet stains may return and if they did to call him again. It was a pleasure dealing witn Mega-Dry as well as Gerardo and I will have to call again as the pet stains did return but I realize that they might not be removable after reading internet articles. Very happy overall.

They called to let me know that they were on the way. They were on time and laid plastic on the floor to protect it. Did a good job and even cleaned a small spot they saw on my carpet at no chatge.

Appointment was at 11:00; I called to inquire and left a message. Then I received a call that they would be about 45 minutes late. Two gentlemen arrived about 11:45, went to work and finished about 1-1/2 later. I was told that the carpets would be dry in 2-3 hours. They were not dry after 3 hours, but it was a cloudy day. No help from sun.

Every aspect of my interaction with this family was satisfying and pleasant: his wife took my call and gave me an estimate and Geraldo and his adult son, Pablo did the work and all three were friendly, pleasant, honest, professional, they explained everything they were doing to me, they were puctual, and the carpets look great.

We found MegaDry on Angie's List and I was happy to see that they had a coupon I could use. I called them and they came out the same day. They cleaned our couch and some throw cushions and left some enzyme spray for re-application in case it needed it. We have used Coit for years but never again (the last time they put a hole in our hardwood floor after the guys dropped some equipment on it without even apologizing). So I am thrilled to support all the other Angie's list reviewers for Mega-Dry. Even nicer that they are a family-run operation and they aim to please.

I contacted this company because of the reviews on Angie's list. I was givenan estimate on the phone for the couch and then was told i would get anestimate for the small area rugs when they arrived (the charge for these rugsturned out to be minimal). I also was able to apply a $10 discount couponfrom Angie's List. The father and son showed up and were very responsible.Everything went as planned and I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Had to reschedule our 1st appointment due to an unforeseen circumstances and Pablo was very understanding and accomodating. On the actual cleaning day, his father Gerald came and did an outstanding job! Will definitely use them again for our future carpet cleaning.

Pablo did a great job. We had some difficult stains. We had one spot that needed some extra work. He came back when we called and took care of it. We will use Mega-Dry again.

I was able to get an appointment within days of when I called and on the day that worked best for me. Gerardo and son showed up promptly and did a fantastic job on getting the carpets to look as good as new! They did an especially nice job on my stairs and landing that had been heavily soiled and spotted. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Really quick, same day response to my service request - set up the appt for New Years Eve, which was terrific. Courteous service on the phone and with the cleaners (family biz). They pretreated some tough stains, vacuumed and cleaned the carpets at the same time, supplied booties so we wouldn't get our feet wet. The carpet was overdue for a cleaning - dog, kids, tracked in dirt, prior stains coming back, etc. They told me some stains would recur, which I knew, and some have - but not as bad as I thought. I have used the bigger chain carpet cleaners and had to have them come back to clean up their dirty water stains. I found MegaDry more courteous, less expensive, more thorough, and better at carpet cleaning. I'm definitely bringing them back.

Mega dry's customer service is good, but the quality of cleaning is suspicious. Paid nearly $300 to clean an area rug. After the rug is returned, I also manually vacuumed it and found my vacuum is filled up with dirt and fibers. I thought Mega dry shall at least vacuum it before return to customers. Anyway, some stains have been removed. But I will NOT recommend to my friends.

Wouldn't change a thing, well except the spilling by my kids!

Very professional and friendly. Giraldo & son Pablo came to do the job - called ahead to say they would be a few minutes late. Trusted them to perform the service and lock the door behind them. Carpets are very clean and couch looks better than ever. Definitely would recommend and re-hire.

I called Mega-Dry because of the positive reviews on Angie?s list. I have to say, I?m batting 1,000 for every vendor I?ve hired from Angie?s and Mega-Dry is yet another home run. I called the number and talked with Sylvia who was right on in from the get-go. She gave me a ball-park price that was fair and competitive. I got a good feeling about their service right from the beginning and setup an appointment right away. Gerardo and his son Pablo came over on the date and time I agreed to. In fact, they called me a couple of times beforehand letting me know that they might be able to come earlier if I was interested. That was a nice change in plans as I had other things planned later that day. As others have mentioned, Gerardo is a very nice man, honest and very good at what he does. Pablo his son, is also very hard working and focused on the task at hand. They completed every area of the house including an area rug I asked to have cleaned at the very last minute. This area rug was so dirty I didn?t think it was worth cleaning. Gerardo worked on it and ended up restoring the rug to almost new. After they finished everything, including all of the stairs (which is a lot of work), they went over what they did and mentioned the 2 small areas that were sun damaged in my master bedroom and bathroom. I already knew about these areas but it was nice that they provided a complete summary of the work they did and the areas that they could not do anything about. They left me with some shoe covers/booties that I could use in case I needed to walk on the drying carpet. Everything was dry and ready for normal use by the end of the day. I can?t tell you how great my carpets look. I actually was considering new carpet for the entire house before Mega-Dry came out. Great job! Highly recommended.

They were here last week, and cleaned two houses. They did a terrific job for a reasonable price! I am very pleased and will definitely be using them again .

He did a good job on our sectional. We like him so much that we ended up having him take one of our carpets and clean that as well. Good prices and very responsive. He was honest on the phone and very professional.

Mega Dry seems to be a small family business. Each point of contact was courteous and professional. I had to leave a message to schedule the service, which was returned promptly. I was given a 2 hour window for the cleaning (between 9a and 11a). I called them the morning of the scheduled service to ask that they call me when they were close to our house. We were moving out so it was nice not to have to wait around an empty house for 2 hours. They did call and we met at the house at about 9:30am. Gerardo and his son were both very friendly. His son immediately went to work vacuuming all the carpets which they do prior to the cleaning. Gerardo went over the costs of the job, the safety of their process (super safe for humans, kids, pets, etc), drying time which is about 3 hours and their guarantee. They stand by their work and guarantee it for 30 days. So if the new tenant sees any missed stains or has any issues, Gerardo assured me they would come back out free of charge to take care of everything. I pointed out some grease-type stains that had been left by the previous tenant. They went away when the carpets were cleaned prior to our arrival, but came back after a few months. I then left them to do their work and returned a several hours later to check the results and take photos of the empty house prior to the new tenant doing his walk-through. I noticed one of the grease stains didn't completely disappear. However, those stains were very tough and set in. I do believe Gerardo would come back to out to work on the stubborn stain if I called. But I'll leave that up to the new tenant. Overall I was very pleased with the entire experience and the cleanliness of the carpets. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

I called for an estimate on carpet cleaning service on a Friday, asking for non-emergency cleaning by Monday to fix a schedule conflict, and received a prompt answer and scheduling for Monday morning. I had 4 areas cleaned for $120 and added the teflon protector too for a total of $160. They were able to remove a badly stained area, as well as a lot of ground-in grime on heavy wear areas. My carpet is light tan berber, so I was concerned about their ability to get it out, but it now looks beautiful-- well worth the price. The owner and crew were extremely professional, polite, and treated my home as if it were theirs. I will defintiely use them again!

Carpet looked and smelled great! I was very satisfied with the work.
