Mega Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Everything was great from the first phone call. I was able to discuss options for services & appointment time. I made my appointment a couple of weeks ahead to ensure availability, then narrowed down the appointment window a couple of days before - that was a really big help, saving us from having to wait in an empty house for a couple of hours. Gerardo called when he was on his way, & did a great job on the carpets. They were pretty dirty, but he made sure they were completely clean before he left. The carpets were completely dry when we were ready to move, & none of the old stains came back, even with the movers & all the unpacking. Absolutely recommend Mega Dry, & will use them for all future carpet cleaning.

As I wrote above, Owner Bob and his son Pablo did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet on their first visit. They arrived promptly on time, worked very diligently to clean our carpet, and were finished in a seemingly short time. I was much happier with their work than I have been with the carpet cleaning we've previously had done by some of those big companies you hear advertise on the radio every day. When Bob and Pablo came back to clean our furniture, they again arrived promptly and set right to work on the various pieces. All of the leather furniture looks much better than it had for a number of years. The fabric upholstered couch in our family had some severe soiling on one of the headrests, and Mega-Dry was able to clean that very well. Before they cleaned our couch, we had be considering having it reupholstered. Their excellent cleaning work makes that unnecessary for some time to come. My wife and I always like to use local business people when possible, and Mega-Dry is a good local firm. I was very pleased with their work and plan to call them again after the Christmas holiday season to give us another carpet clean up when all the company goes home.

I called and spoke to the owners wife for a quote. The quote came in $100 cheaper than the other two I had quoted, so I thought I'd give them a try given also that Mega-Dry had good reviews. They called 30 minutes before they came and came within the window that was stated. They were here for 2 hours and the carpets look really good. They had tried to stretch out a carpet of mine for $10 extra dollars and said if they cannot do it they won't charge me. They got it to look better but not perfect so they didn't charge me. Father and son were really nice. Lastly, I love that they said if any of the stains come back within 30 days they will come out for free and work on that area again.

Very professional, courteous and punctual. Previous owners has dogs and they managed to get the smell out of the carpets. Would highly recommend.

Calling in for an appointment was easy and fast. I asked if they did carpet stretching. They didn't but reccomended somone and could even schedule an appointment with them. The next day both the carpet stretch (separate company) and cleaning were taken care of. We were pleased with the job and would have them back again.

Very professional and friendly. This is a small family owned business. I had them clean a couch, love seat, and recliner. The couch in particular was very soiled on one side. Everything came out great except the one side of the couch. I called them and they came back and redid it for no charge. Everything is really clean now. This is a good company that will stand by its work. In my case, the couch was really soiled so it wasn't even something they did wrong, it just needed two cleanings.

Very pleasant people to work with, from the beginning phone call to the completion of the work. They did a wonderful job; they explained what they would do and completed the work in a timely and effecient manner. I highly recommend using this company and will use them again when my furniture and/or carpets need cleaning.

The method used (a mop like cloth under a normal type buffer) is good for larger areas and center of the rooms. It does however have a very good clean power to get near baseboards and corners. They had to come back 2 days later to take care of some spots and corrners.

From the first contact with them they were very accomadating with dates and times especially since they were extremely busy during the holiday season. The called ahead to say the were on their way and arrived right on time. Explained in detail their method of cleaning and suggested a few additional services. They were very quick with the actual clean time and the carpets were absolutely perfect.

The phone was answered politely when I called for an appointment. I later leaned that I had spoken with Sylvia, one of the principals of this family-owned business. I told her what I needed to have cleaned, describing my couch as eight feet in length, primarily cotton, with a general dust buildup. She gave me an estimate and we made an appointment for about a week later. At 9:00 A.M. sharp on the appointment day Gerardo and his son, Pablo, arrived and got to work. They toiled steadily and diligently, bringing the old sofa back to its original beauty. I was so impressed with both the work and the attitude of these two men -- polite, friendly, and respectful of my belongings -- that I asked for further estimates with definite plans to use Mega-Dry in the future. Prices estimated were in line with other firms I have used. I highly recommend this company.

son arrived on time, were polite and professional, and neatly dressed. They were in and out in about an hour. I would definitely use them again.

The man who came was very friendly and very nice. But when the cleaning was done, I pointed out an area that still showed a stain. He said it would look different when it dried. It didn't. There were four different places in various rooms that I recleaned by hand and was able to get the stains out. I have never had this problem with carpet cleaners previously. And I pointed out two of the areas prior to cleaning. Again, very nice man. Maybe I was just at the end of his day and maybe he was just tired.

He started by vacuuming thoroughly.He then treated the dog urine spots and then cleaned the carpets. It took him about two hours and for the size of my rooms that's quiet a long time working so diligently. The carpet looks great and much better than when I've done it myself. He told me that if he came back every few months the cleaning would get the stains deeper down and that the carpet would look better than it does now. I want him to come back again and maybe do the upholstery too. He's terrifc.

They were excellent. It was a fantastic experience. They were helpful, gave suggestions for fixing a carpet. They came the next day when I called because we had an emergency. They asked if they could come early; they were just really responsive.

Although we got off to a late start, Gerardo and Pablo were professional and efficient upon arrival. The quality of their work was excellent and their prices were fair and reasonable. I fully recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

we bought a bank owned home that had pet urine stains on the carpet in one of the rooms. first carpet cleaner failed miserably. I told mega-dry about situation and not only did they come out to assess situation the same day I called, they REALLY cleaned it. He told me that I ultimately need to replace it, but said he could clean it more than the last guy and remove more of the pet urine smell. Mega-dry is the real deal not mention extremely friendly and courteous.
