Mega Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

After leaving messages during my appointment time, they returned my call saying they had an incorrect phone number for me and that they would not be able to make it. They probably would have called me sooner if they had my number correctly. I gave them another time to come on a different day. They were prompt for the new appointment and did an excellent job with a discount for the trouble. Other than the initial mix up on the first appointment, they did a great job.

The people were wonderful, very polite, courteous, very pleasant to deal with and they did a good job.

Showed up on time and completed job as promised. Cleaned all the carpets in the home and a couch. Friendly, respectful, very professional. Would definitely use them again!

Gerardo did a great job cleaning 3 bedrooms and a living room. The living room needed special dog scents removed and he did an awesome job with that! He was on time and very professional and I recommend him highly and will use Mega-Dry again!

Pablo and his dad came to clean the carpet of our rental unit. They showed up earlier than schedule and did amazing job to clean several dog stains and food stains in the living room. Because they were focusing on the big stains in the first visit, Pablo came back 2nd time to clean a few small spots two days later. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and would use this company for carpet cleaning in the future.

Gerardo is a friendly and nice man. He came over on time to clean the carpets. Most of the stains disappeared except a few spots. Those few spots came back after a few hours. I didn't bother to call him to clean again. What really disappointed and troubled me was that he "cut" the side of the carpets instead of cleaning to remove the black stains on the side of the carpets- he literally cut the edges of the carpet to remove the black stains on the edges. I noticed it after he left. I am sure he cut it thinking it would not be noticeable but it was. He probably realized his mistakes after cutting because it was obvious. I wanted to give him a D grade but am giving a B because he is a nice man and probably made an inadvertent mistake. Next time, I would hire a "steam" cleaner not "dry" cleaner like Gerardo because as Gerardo acknowledged some spots cannot be removed by "dry" cleaning method.

Gerardo arrived on time, he did what I needed and then some because I kept adding on more. He did the stains, the rooms, the hallway, the area rug AND the stairs in a fraction of the amount of time it would have taken my husband and we have always had much less desirable and lasting results. The prices are excellent and Gerardo is an expert in his field. I felt very confident in his capabilities and if I EVER have a carpet issue in the future, Mega-Dry will be my first, and only call! Gerardo is very personable and don't be fooled, he's not from Russia! Thank you!!!

I was having my parents over to visit for a week and I wanted to get some pet stains I had in my living room carpet cleaned out. Mega-Dry showed up right on time and got to work immediately. I had to run some errands so I didn't stick around to see how the process went, but by the time I got home about an hour and a half later they had already finished and were packing up their equipment. Everything looked amazing, there wasn't sings of any stains. I have had pet stains in the past reappear, but Mega-Dry said they use a deep scrubber that will help this from happening. It has been over a month now and I do not see any stains reappearing. I am very happy with the results, I got a big complement from my mom on how clean my carpet was. Thanks guys!

This is a good quality, but very old wall-to-wall encompassing three bedrooms, two good sized landings and three staircases in our townhouse. It was last cleaned by another company a year ago. Track marks were quite visible. We also have a golden retriever whose hair oils contributed to marks throughout the house. Gerardo and his son Pablo came right on time, pretreated where necessary and got right to work. Though I had vacuumed before they arrived (per instructions of the company we hired previously), Gerardo said that wasn't necessary; that he preferred to do that job himself. The carpet came out very well, absolutely no complaints and those dog oils and track marks are gone. Gerardo also did an excellent job on our area rugs, one of which I was about to toss in the garbage, thinking absolutely nothing could help it. Gerardo did! He was completely honest with me; though he couldn't bring the light colored shag back to its original appearance, he was able to clean and revitalize it (spotting and raking) so that it was no longer an embarrassment. This rug is in a very small family room and again there were dog hair oils involved, as well as the usual wear and tear. The other two rugs came out fine as well. This family-owned company is pleasant to deal with, reliable and very, very good. I highly recommend.

Father and son team. Arrived promptly and went to work immediately with tools and materials at hand. Exhibited professionalism and courtesy. He thoroughly explained the process and left the house neat and clean.

I called Mega-Dry and set up an appointment for Gerardo to come give me an estimate. I then made appointment for the following Thursday. I had 26 stairs, living room, dining room, master bedroom and dressing room and two hallways cleaned. Gerardo said he and his son would be doing the cleaning. The day of cleaning Gerardo had an emergency and his son Pablo did all the work. He did a great job. I had some really bad stains by the kitchen door and in front of one of the sinks in the master bathroom. He got all of them out. Gerardo came right before Pablo was finished and told me if any problems occurred to call and he'd be right back to take care of it. He said all the carpets should dry in 3-4 hours. I turned on the A/C and all my fans and went out to lunch and do errands. While the carpets weren't totally dry after I came home, they were MUCH dryer than when I had other carpet cleaners. We were just careful until bedtime and by the next morning everything was quite dry. I could not believe how much quieter their process is than companies that use tons of water to clean. And no hoses snaking throughout the condo either. Pablo did a great job and I plan on having him come back every few months for those tough places.

They were able to schedule a same-day appointment, gave me a window of arrival between 3 and 5, and actually arrived at 3:30! They were prompt, professional, fast, cost-efficient, and pleasant. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The cleaning crew consisted of two men. They were on time and professional. They did a good job on cleaning my couches. I thought they were going to care for the leather part of my couches but they didn't. Since I liked what I saw as far as the material being cleaned I went ahead and asked if they were willing to do a carpet cleaning in 2 bedrooms and they quoted me an extra $90.00, which I believe is extremely overpriced considering that I'm already over paying for the upholstery cleaning as it is. I didn't go through with it. Will I hire again? No, not because of the service but do to the pricing.

Arrived on time and were very professional. Came on 6/28 (Friday) and gave estimate, and returned on Monday 7/1for the cleaning.

Mega Dry is a fantastic company. I called on Wednesday to set up and appointment and they were able to fit me in on that Saturday. Received a call letting me know when they would be there and when he arrived (actually at the time they said), he explained exactly what he was going to do and what products he would be using. Very informative and didn't try to upsell on items not necessary. Did a fantastic job removing pet stains and getting my carpets looking like new. Would recommend to all my friends and family. They arrived on the scheduled date at the scheduled time and did what they were hired to do. They worked with me to accommodate my schedule which was right as this house is a rental and I had a tenant ready to move in. All in all - they did a good job and I would use them again.

There were stains on several of the cushions wich were pointed out. He did not pre treat them and so ater the cleaning, the spots and stains came right back. I watched as he cleaned, and instead of spending time on the problem area, he pretty much just went over the entire cushions at a fast speed.

This is the second time that I have used this company, and I remain completely satisfied with their work. They came to my home and cleaned all of our upholstered furniture (12 pieces in total). The furniture looked great afterward. They also removed 6 area rugs and took them to their shop where they were cleaned. They too look outstanding This father & son team do excellent work and are a pleasure to deal with. I will use them in the future when the need arises.

I called Mega-Dry on Wednesday, and they were able to come out on Thursday of the same week! We have 3 dogs, one of them quite elderly and a little incontinent... so, there were stains all over. Gerardo treated the stains thouroughly, and cleaned the carpets so that they almost look as good as new. Gerardo told me that the stains will continue to lighten with each cleaning.. I was very impressed with the quality and the service. I will definetly be using Mega-Dry again.

Not cheap but they did a great job! My two story house was $220.00 for all areas (4 bedrooms, halls and living room). The stairs were an additional $35.00. The area rug was $40.00 and the couch, which we had done on impulse (because they were doing such a good job) was $99.00. Very friendly father and son team. Will definitely call them again.
