Mega Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Description of Work: These guys did about 1800 square feet in under an hour. My house was empty so that helped speed things up. My carpets were pretty dirty and they turned out very good after the service. I know that the carpets are old but there were a few areas that I noticed after the workers left that weren't quite as clean as I expected they'd be. The guys seemed to be in a hurry and I should have insisted in performing a walk through with them but I didn't. They probably could have cleaned up the spots I noticed later if I'd have pointed them out. I'll make one final point and it is this: it took about 8-10 hours for the carpet to be completely dry. I had all of my ceiling fans on, too, to help the process along. It definitely took longer than the 2 hours I was estimated but I'm sure that's common. Overall, they did a very good job and I'd hire them again.

Description of Work: This was the first time I had ever used Mega-Dry Carpet Cleaning. They exceeded my expectations. Gerardo and Pablo were professional and wanted to make sure they provided the highest quality of service. They were on time and wanted to make sure the job was performed to my complete satisfaction . They came and immediately got to work. They were the most professional cleaning crew of any kind that I have ever had in my home. Also, their equipment was clean and they were an organized team. I would encourage everyone who wants their carpets cleaned to call them. And if there are any problems, they will come back. This is a company that truly wants your business, and wants you to be completely satisfied. I will have them back soon to clean the upholstery on my couches and chairs. Oh, the services performed.......They cleaned carpet throughout my house and then scotch guarded it. No hard sell on the scotch guard . In fact, no hard sell on anything. Excellent job, even on problem areas.

Description of Work: I had Gerardo out and he was very professional. I had a few spots of my carpet from the traffic of a party. The spots came out when he originally cleaned. He said all spots were removed but if they returned he would come out again. I felt comfortable they were gone. When the carpet dried, the spots returned. I was upset, but didn't want him to return...didn't have the time. Even though Stanley Steemer is more expensive I called them to come out. The carpet is now spot free. Unfortunately even though Gerardo is very nice, I needed a spot free carpet and he wasn't able to it.I won't be calling them again.

Description of Work: I called them because of the great reviews on this website. They were very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job, leaving our carpet clean and smelling fresh. They asked us if we approved of the job and stood willing to fix whatever issues we might have, which were none. They are very happy to get Angie's List customers, show appreciation for using them and give a 10% discount. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This was the best carpet cleaning company we have used in San Diego. There isn't one negative thing to say...They are experts at getting out every type of spot no matter how tough. Mr. Rojas and his son are gentlemen and keep working until all dirt and spots are removed.
