OK, just overpriced.

He did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him! It is a family ran business and the son is the one who did this service for me and was very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to serve me and my requests, even painting a pipe that looked terrible. They are very responsive and a pleasure to to do business with.

We had a leak in our Pool Solar system. The system was not installed by Mark Naylor, but he was recommended to us by a friend.He initially returned our phone call on the first business day, and told us we would be put in his 'queue', and he would get back to us by Wednesday. On Friday, we returned home and found that someone had been there, on our roof. They called 20 minutes prior and left a message (we were not at home). No more contact. My husband called the guy who had left the message on our phone, and he said he had been there, would give the info to Mark, and Mark would get back to us.This was 2 weeks ago, and we have not heard a word. We have called him several times.

Damian from Naylor Solar came by about a month ago and did a great job with the installation. Everyone was done according to plan and I am completely satisfied with the end result. Would definitely recommend Naylor Solar.

Within a year, the panel connectors on the roof were rusting and corroded, and the PVC pipes were coming apart. I noticed the problem when my water bill doubled... the system was leaking over a hundred gallons of water a day!! I called Naylor Solar repeatedly for a week with no response. Then they showed up at my house when I was at work, unannounced, climbed up on my roof without my permission, replaced two cheap steel clasps, and then sent me a bill for $150. The system was still leaking profusely so I had to hire someone else to fix it. Mark does not return phone calls. Installation is substandard. Service after the sale is non-existent.

They were efficient and did a good job.

The project, installing solar panels to heat the swimming pool went just as described. The two workers were careful of our property, cleaned up after the job was done, explained what we needed to do to operate the system and finished on time.

THIS COMPANY HAS INSTALLED WATER SOLAR PANELS ON AN APARTMENT WE OWN, AND ALSO INSTALLED A WATER SOLAR PANEL ON OUR HOME. THEY ALSO INSTALLED OUR WATER HEATERS AND RECIRCULATING SYSTEM. WE KNOW WE CAN DEPEND ON THEM TO DO A GOOD JOB.
