 + -1 moreI called and emailed Mark to arrange for him to come out to provide me with an estimate. I didn't hear back from him to confirm that he would be at the appointment so I called him. He told me that he would be at the property in 20 minutes. He never showed up or called to reschedule. I wouldn't waste your time with this guy.
