They are not very good at being honest about the days and times they can come. They don't clean up well after themselves. They bought parts and wanted me to pay without giving me a receipt. I ordered my own parts and materials so that I wouldn't run into that sort of situation again. There was one part where the pattern was not matching and they wanted to cut in that area and put a metal strip there. This was not necessary for the flooring, he was just unable to match the patter properly. They did not end up matching it 100%, but it is close and without the metal strip. They matched the seams on my vinyl flooring, but they did not use a seam sealer. My husband had to do this himself because they were coming up and I didn't want to call them back. I did not want them back in the house. This was a nightmare. I'd asked them if they were familiar with laying vinyl, and they said they were, but based on this, they are not. They would even ask me for help!
