+ -1 moreThis company worked fast but also remained patient with allowing us to choose our colors. A small group worked very hard at each stage: preparing and taping, priming, painting, and then the trim and balcony work.
Description of Work: Painting of the exterior of house and garage. This included trim paint and also the painting of our wooden balcony.

+ -1 moreManny and his workers are very nice to talk to and they have the ability to do good work if you monitor every step in the process and make them do what they say they will do. If you keep telling them what to do and withold money they will eventually do the job. Alternatively, if you are not watching the progress they will lie to you about what they are doing or have done. As with many contractors, if you pay them they don't show up for a few days and if you make the final payement before completion, forget it.
