. We worked with Russ Palser. He was great. He met with us for quite lengthy discussions a couple of times during the initial process. He spent all the time we needed to feel confident in our decision. We sat down in our kitchen and went over everything, from the mapping and measuring of the shape & size to picking out colors and prospective designs. He was frequently checking on the contracted Russ answered all our questions and he promptly returned all calls when we left messages throughout the process. The pool turned out beautiful. We are very pleased with the pool and the process and would highly recommend Majestic Pools. '

The job was done on time and on budget. Russ was at the house every day even when we were waiting for other work to be done in the back. Russ even came the house while we were out of town and water the gunnite to keep it wet. Russ and Rob have been very helpful even afterthought pool was completed. I would highly recommend Majestic Pools to anyone looking for top quality work and support from the design to completion. The can use me as a reference anytime. I have also recommended them to some friends whose pool they have completed.

Everything went exceptionally well. Russ and Rob are very punctual and professional. The price hurt the pocket a bit, but we did get all the top of the line stuff. I appreciated that Russ, our primary POC, didn't really push any of the expensive stuff during the initial planning. Actually we had to pull out some information about the higher quality items. Have your money ready, check or cash was all they accepted in the beginning. Personally we like to charge stuff then pay it off to get reward points. Russ did go out of his way to acquire the ability to accept credit, comes at a 3.75% increase (of each transaction) though. And that wasn't deducted from the final price. :( In the end the size, shape, color, and functions of the pool met our requests. Great job.

Awaiting the quote in 2 weeks. We explained that we would not be making a decision until July. But the entire experience meeting the owner was incredible. So thoughtful and experienced. All the references checked out.

I cannot say enough about Rob and Russ and their fantastic company! If you are looking for a pool builder that is responsive, provides status updates and just an easy guy to deal with this is your pool builder. All promised dates and time commitments were met for our build. If anything was out of the ordinary, I was always provided an update of the next steps and path forward. Most contractors are notorious for not providing an updates or meeting deadlines. Rob on the other hand is "on the ball" everytime and always available. If you are looking for a stress fee pool build than Rob is your man.

Rob and Russ at Majestic Pools were awesome. We interviewed several pool companies, but ended up going with Majestic. Pricing was fair and competitive. You won't get the cheapest price, but you get great value for money. Majestic will tell you exactly what is worth spending money on and what isn't (even if that means they make less money). Russ was out on the site every time Majestic had major steps underway. Dig day, shotcrete, plaster, etc. . . they were here to make sure the job got done right. They even had the some plumbing work redone because it wasn't to their standards (I didn't even notice a problem). Majestic was willing to give us lien releases along the way. This was huge because it ensured we knew our money was going for our pool. Some other companies take your money to pay for a job they have already started. . . this is what bit some customers several years ago. With Majestic Pools, you don't have to worry about this. Lastly, Russ and Rob from Majestic ensured everything was working great after start up. They even had the pool equipment rep come out to our house to verify the pumps and control panel were programmed correctly. This is important to get the most out of your variable speed pumps.
