He said it is probably not possible to bring it all the way back to the original but he can certainly can improve it. He gave me a quote of 500 for that and he said he also would throw in cleaning the shower door for free which was fine. He came and did that in one day. I did not go and see it before and when I went to look, there were black spots, there was no improvement in the grout in fact it was worse and the shower. On the floor, there has been some pain droppings that were not in hidden places. He clearly has not done anything with the floor and he charged me for 300 dollars. There were little pink drops. It was very clear that he had not even done the floor. We also had some travertine which has some holes in it and he said he can do it for us and he offered to do that for 80 dollars which was great. So he has done that and it is such a lighter color that it looks terrible. I contacted him immediately and said I was upset. He apologized and he said that he was not feeling well and that he wanted to come back. I do not want this person back who obviously had not even done the floor and charged us almost 1000 dollars.

After dropping a bottle of wine on our marble entry way, we thought the floor seemed permanently stained. We were told it would probably have to be restored which was quite expensive. After Ben looked at the large stain, he said he could polish it out for $50. He also said he would seal it for an additional $20. After working for almost 2 hours on it, he made the floor look like new again. I was so happy with the result, I gave him an even $100. It was such a relief to have that taken care of so easily.

It went very well. We wanted to be out of town when they did it and we left them a key and they came and took care of it.
