They are very flexible and always call the night before with confirmation. They always deal with my dogs. They do a good job.

.They did a pretty good job. It was not outstanding but pretty good. They did what they were paid for. They came on short notice and did the job.

The owners/operators were nice enough and kept assuring me the cleaning would improve so I gave them 3 tries. But the cleaning remained consistently unsatisfactory. They did not complete many of the tasks that are listed as part of their regular cleaning. They left dust bunnies under furniture and floor corners were dirty, and they did not clean baseboards, thoroughly clean sink/tub faucets - left soapscum in edges etc,..., or remove cobwebs from ceiling corners. They charged about $110 per cleaning on a biweekly basis.

The women were half an hour late. The woman cleaning the kitchen did an outstanding job. She thoroughly cleaned the oven, microwave, counters, sink, etc. The other woman cleaned the bathrooms. When I checked them out after they had left, it looked like they had barely been touched! There was dirt left in the shower, and the toilet was not great. It looked like when I do it myself! I was especially disappointed because she was killing time dusting while waiting for the other woman to finish the kitchen. I was expecting much more for such an expensive fee.

I would not recommend this housecleaning service for several reasons. The first time they showed up, the cleaning team was 2 hours late. They seemed to be in a rush, because they didn't bother to vacuum or dust several areas in the house, and instead of mopping my tile floors, I noticed that they quickly wiped the floor with a wet rag! The second time they were supposed to clean my house, someone from the company called me less than an hour before my scheduled appointment to say that they had to cancel the last minute due to problems with the cleaning team. And I had company coming to stay with me that weekend, so I was quite disappointed with this service. I cancelled any future appointments I had scheduled with them.

I was very dissappointed to learn that Maid Brigade had nearly doubled my monthly cleaning charge without any notification or prior approval. DO NOT ALLOW MAID BRIGADE TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF THR CHARGES IN ADVANCE. Communications in English with crews is difficult at best, leading to misunderstandings and overcharging.

The team was on time and never stopped working the whole time they were here. I have never seen my tubs and showers looking so white and clean. We have extremely hard water and are subjected to scaly scum on all our wet surfaces. They were able to cut through it like nobody's business. I will be having them clean my home every two weeks from now on. They have quoted me a price of 95.00 per cleaning. The original cleaning charges are by the hour and they gave us a 50% discount. I would recommend this company highly. I filled out their web quote form and someone was back with me within 24 hours and quoted me over the phone.
