With regard to price, I haven't been charged for the first month yet. Their service, overall quality and professionalism are excellent. Otherwise, I wouldn't keep them. He has been here on time when I ask. He has made many suggestions to improve the process. I have kept him. I don't even know what the pricing is yet. He impressed me enough to keep him even with the price unknown. He has only been here three times. The pool was down completely. It had been down for five years. Two of those were to get the pool up and running.

Bart is extremely professional. I decided to do my own chemicals and had Bart handle the routine cleaning of the pool. He spent a lot of time brushing the walls, making sure the tile was clean, and skimming the surface as well as scooping up debris from the bottom of the pool that the pool vac had missed. He never hesitated to address my concerns. I first contacted Bart by e-mail and he responded immediately. He kept his appointment time for the estimate. I was very impressed with this young man and his work ethic.

Mand M never called us back. Went to Weiser's to fix the hot tub heater (they were great) 619.440.2480

I inherited the hot tub from the previous owner, and wanted someone to take a look at it and change out the water. It went as expected.

Our former pool service left algae in our pool and spa, but we have had Bart for several months and he has our pool and spa looking sparkling clean. He manually scrubs down the sides of the pool and spa and keeps the debris at a minimum. He is timely with any repairs needed to the pool cleaner and keeps us infomed on what needs to be done. We also think his service fees are very reasonable for a weekly service.
