The gentleman that Lovely Windows sent to my home was punctual, extremely friendly, and professional.? I will definitely use this company again.

This was our first time using Lovely Windows by the Lads. We have used other companies in the past, but this one is superior! ?I highly recommend their services! The entire process was very professional--from Lisa's estimate to the setting up of the appointment. Roman showed up promptly to our home yesterday morning.?He was very efficient and experienced in cleaning windows. My husband and I work out of the home and he was very respectful of working around us. He is certainly an expert at cleaning windows and thanks to Roman, they are sparkling clean! We just had a landscaping project completed and the windows were very dusty from the work. It's so nice to see them so clean! I will definitely call this company again in the future.

Lisa came the day after I telephoned and gave me a quote and the possibility of an appointment the same week. ?When Roman came to do the windows, ?he put on shoe covers and was very professional and very efficient. I was very pleased with the whole process.

They do a good job. I've used them a couple time...about every six months.

Lisa came out to walk the outside and I had an estimate very quickly. I received a reminder call the day before the service. Two extremely nice and professional men came to do the work, arriving on time and doing and excellent job. I will be using them in the spring.

An estimator came out a few days ahead of time, which I really appreciated. The owner came and did the actual window cleaning. He was punctual, professional, and friendly.

Wonderful! Called Lisa O'Bara, who was out the next day to determine the extent of the work and provided a reasonable quote (via email), with a 10% Angie's List discount. Job was scheduled for two days later. Oscar and Jesse arrived exactly on-time to do the work. They were fast, efficient, professional, hard working and friendly. Couldn't be more pleased. Will use them again!

I called at the last minute and they were able to work me in, I was grateful for that. The two guys who did the job were great, very professional, thorough, fast and I loved the job they did. I will use them again, definitely.

It was a good experience. They gave me a two hour window and were on time. They worked quickly - there were 2 men working, one did the outside and one did the inside. They cleaned the screens, and the windows looked great when they were finished. They were very courteous, put on shoe protectors when they walked on my wood floors. I was very happy with the work. It was a little expensive for me, but only because I have a small house and they have a minimum charge, which I'm sure is the case with any window cleaners. I did not get other estimates, but I expect that the price is in line with other similar businesses.

I called Lovely Windows By The Lads and spoke with Lisa who was very friendly and professional. She came to my house for an estimate the same day I called. She later emailed me a very fair quote, which I accepted right away and scheduled service for later in the week. The two gentlemen that came to clean the windows arrived a little early, which is great and did an EXCELLENT job. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. I will highly recommend Lovely Windows By The Lads to anyone seeking window cleaning and I will definitely be using their services again.

They arrived on time and set to work immediately. Washed all the windows in my 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, including French doors. The lads did a wonderful job. I even waited until late afternoon when the sun shines through the back windows looking for the streaks that I usually get when I wash my windows. The windows were streak-free and looked beautiful. Jessie and Oscar were friendly and efficient and finished everything in about an hour. I will definitely have them back again to clean my windows.

I am very pleased with the results of the work. ?The windows sparkle and I can see the birds in the fountain and birdbath clearly. ?That is a big plus for me!

We have used them frequently. They are always prompt, pleasant and thorough. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Lovely Windows by the Lads did an excellent job cleaning all of the windows in our contemporary home with very high ceilings/windows. They were very professional and courteous and the windows are now sparkling clean - what a difference!! They even offered to change any lightbulbs that were out (our ceilings are extremely high). I will DEFINITELY use them again!!

Answered my call immediately and set up appointment to clean windows. The cleaners were polite and kind and arrived promptly working fast. The windows, screens and mirrors were well cleaned. This is the second time I've used this company and I will schedule again. Definitely a company that values their time and mine and provides quality service.

This service was a gift to a disabled family member. Lisa handled the contact with the recipient with sensitivity and professionalism. The person who performed the work was friendly and was thorough and expeditious. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

I was very, very impressed with Lovely Windows by the Lads. The reasons: 1. Lisa, the rep, kept me in the loop as far as scheduling and reminding me of our appointment. She said she'd do a home inspection on Friday, she came on Friday. She followed up with an after-service e-mail. Customers (especially me) love this kind of communication, which in today's customer service industry is sorely lacking. 2. The staff that came yesterday was very friendly and did a beautiful job on our windows. Even my 13 year old, who is of course a jaded teenager, said "Wow, it's like we don't even have windows!" 3. The prices are very reasonable (much cheaper than the other two quotes we received from other companies) and the whole process was done very professionally.

Oscar was on time (in fact a little early) and did an outstanding job, I can not even see the windows they are so clean. This is the second time I have used this service and will absolutely continue to do so.

Lisa responded to my emails promptly and scheduled an appointment. She arrived at my home on time and introduced herself. She assessed the job and said she would email an estimate which she did the same day. We agreed on a date for the service and her team arrived promptly on that date and performed the job quickly and professionally. They were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone.
