I'm so glad a friend recommended this firm. I had them was the windows at our other house and then this place. We have many more windows here and they get the sun so any errors are easily noticed. I've never found a streak or missed spot.

Lovely Lads windows is the only window cleaning company that I will use. They are amazing - always on time, clean crew, and very appreciative of your business. The owner returns calls quickly and will even come out and do the estimate, if one is needed, on her own. Excellent company, excellent employees, excellent work.

This is great company. They came out the day I called and gave me a quote, scheduled us for the next day. Oscar and Jesse performed the work and were friendly and respectful. The windows look great. I accidentally got sticky fly tape on one of the windows after they had cleaned it and they happily re-cleaned it, even though it was my bad. Definitely gives these guys a call!

Lisa came out to explain which windows they were to clean. Oscar and Jesse did a great job cleaning many true divided light windows at the second story level. They were very careful and protected carpet and furniture. This was the first time they were here and we will definitely have them back. We are very pleased with the work they did and how professionally they did it. So glad we found them on Angie's List.

There was a scheduling mixup that was totally my fault, but Lisa forgave me and rescheduled for the following week. Today I had Oscar come out to clean my windows. He was very professional and seemed like a really nice guy. He did a great job on the windows, even removing paint overspray from a sloppy paint job. Very fast but quality work.

Two fine young men, Jesse and Oscar, showed up right on time. They were well mannered and very professional. They put on shoe guards to protect my carpet, and were very careful not to disrupt or damage anything near my windows. They did an outstanding job cleaning them, even putting extra care into removing everything that showed up on the windows, even long-standing stickiness that previous vendors had ignored. They worked efficiently and were very nice. I have used other vendors in the past but none that I would have used a second time. Others did a superficial job but left streaks that appeared when the sun set. In this case, I waited a day and my windows are still sparkling clean throughout the day. It is just like putting on eyeglasses after having impaired vision for some time. Even my husband who was skeptical about having this done says that he finds himself looking out his window and enjoying it more than ever. They also have pleasant office staff who did appropriate scheduling, reminding and follow-up. I will become a repeat customer and highly recommend this company.

The estimate was done promptly and was very fair. The guys who came to work were professional and courteous and did a great job.

Great! Lovely Windows by the Lads was the only window-cleaning company we contacted that provided an on-site inspection and firm quote. Work was performed by Oscar and Jesse, who were on-time, friendly and efficient. Our home has very large, 2 and 3 story windows, but these were no problem for them. All windows look GREAT! I will DEFINITELY recommend and use this company in the future.

The tech arrived on time and started work right away. He was efficient and clean. Other than the clean windows you would never know he was there. I also appreciated that he pointed out a window that had failed, causing it to be dirty from the inside. Lisa was very communicative and pleasant during her initial walkthrough. Everything went fine. They are very nice people and the owner, Lisa, is great and she is a very god business owner. Jesse is the one who did the work and he did a very nice job. They were very pleasant, came on time, and returned all of my calls. They are a good company to deal with.

I had house guests arriving unexpectedly. Lovely Windows by the Lads made a special effort to arrange for the window cleaning before the guests arrived. Two men, Manuel and Manuel, arrived promptly and washed windows inside and out. Especially difficult to wash were some windows which had grill outside, but the men handled this perfectly. The cost for all the windows in my house was just $130. I have used this service in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I am so HAPPY with my clean windows!! AND with the fantastic, standout service of the Lovely Windows by the Lads!!! They have been friendly and professional from the start! The window cleaners who came were pleasant, professional, efficient and informational. I will definitely use them again!!! And refer them to neighbors! I placed an inquiry back in January and Lisa came out right away to give an estimate. She also gave me the idea that I may actually want to wait to schedule the cleaning until after I was finished with some landscaping, which I admired as them wanting to do what is right vs. being greedy to get the job done asap. So I called her back a month later, she put me in the schedule. Their customer service has been great. Today the window cleaners arrived early on time. They introduced themselves, explained the process, confirmed with me that everything sounded ok, and then got started. They worked efficiently and with attention to detail. The quality of the work was great. But he also told me to please walk around and see if there is anything they may have missed, which I thought was a great touch of ensuring customer is super happy. He also explained that a couple of windows have residue inbetween the double panes of glass where he noticed the seal must be broken. The bummer is that those 2 windows have a slight residue that can not be cleaned. The thing I appreciated is that he proactively told me / showed this to me. They take pride in their work and do a great job. They even helped me remove some stickers from my daughter's windows that had "baked" on such that I couldn't peel them off, which was helpful. Definitely recommend using this company for your windows!! A great price, standout service and fantastic work!

Great! This is the second time we used them, and we were completely satisfied both times. Jesse Perez did the work and did it very well.

They are fabulous. They have a lot of integrity. They do the job well, are in and out and are very careful. My house is not easy to do because it has a high pitched roof but they do a good job.

I've been using Lovely Lads twice a year now for a few years. They clean my windows, screens and several big mirrors. We also had them power-wash our house a few years ago. The price is right in the ballpark, and, most importantly, they show up on time and are pretty cheerful. I spent years dealing with surly, sullen window cleaners who made me feel guilty for hiring them to do this work they obviously felt was beneath them...and then did a sub-standard job. The Lovely Lads are chipper. They take pride in their work and don't give me "face" if I point out a smudge. Recently, they even gave us a tip on how to get our damaged screens fixed easily. Once, they made a scheduling snafu and Lisa took responsibility and took care of it quickly and well. All in all, a decent-cost and pleasurable experience.
