Lisa conducted a site visit (we did not need to be home) in order to provide an accurate estimate of cost. She called later that day with an estimate of $145, before giving us a 10% discount for using Angie's List. My wife and I both felt this was a very fair price. We had had the outside windows done previously by a different company for $75, and this project was to be much more complete. Ramon arrived precisely on time the day of the cleaning and he got to work quickly, conducting his job with efficiency and professionalism. He worked nonstop for 2 1/2 hours, beginning with the indoors, lower level and finishing up with the outside, including the garage door. We have never had such clean windows! Lisa was also very good on follow-up after Ramon had left for the day, inquiring as to our satisfaction. She was very pleasant to deal with and I really appreciated her genuine concern with customer satisfaction. We'll definitely call on Lovely Windows again next time.

Lisa was very quick at getting us a quote, and could schedule us in just a few days. Roman was punctual, and very accommodating of my schedule. He washed all the windows inside first, and finished up outside so that I could go to work. The windows look great.

Oscar arrived at the appointment time. When he had trouble getting someone to answer the door, he called his manager to confirm if we were home. Lisa called my cell phone and I apologized, we were vacuuming inside and did not hear the bell. Oscar performed his work with great care and organization to ensure he did not overlook any windows. He was quick but thorough. When he was done, the windows sparkled!

Remarkably quick response to my inquiry. Lisa was out to price the job within a couple hours of my call on a Friday, and the job was done on Monday morning. It took about 3 hours. The windows are beautifully clean, and everything was done without undue disruption. I especially appreciate their going beyond the call of duty on the rain gutters. Lisa and "the lad" both seemed so helpful that I asked if, while he was cleaning the gutters, he could see why one spot wasn't functioning properly (though I knew that gutter repair was not their business). They agreed that he would have a look. He found that all the spot needed was cleaning, and he even checked the downspout to be sure it was okay.

I called this business and shortly after received a return call from Lisa. She was able to schedule a crew at the same day in the afternoon and called me a few times to keep me informed about their arrival. The crew was polite and did a great job. My windows never looked better. Great communication skills and a pleasure to deal with.

It was a first rate job for a reasonable price. The "lad" was on time and very professional. I would use this company again.

I thought work performed was very good. I'll have to try them again to see for sure what level of service they provide. Our windows were extremely dirty due to nearby construction. Next time I will be better able to judge them on overall quality. Also, I'd like to have the tracks cleaned next time.

Manuel did an excellent job! Very friendly, prompt and professional. Original quote by Dave (over the phone, site unseen) was for $79 for 10 windows. He called me back very quickly after leaving a voice mail, and scheduled work to be done within two days, and on a Sunday at that! My windows haven't been cleaned in the two years we've owned the house and were in pretty bad shape. Additionally, I did not do a proper count of the windows for an accurate quote. Still a great deal at $210! Manuel did an excellent job, and I'd love to have him back for future work.

Absolutely fabulous! They were on time, reasonable (I had gotten other bids), fast and thorough. I will absolutely hire them again.

WAS TOLD AN ESTIMATE OF $119 OVER THE PHONE, BUT CHARGED $190 AFTER THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED. THEY WERE ABLE TO WASH MY WINDOWS AT THE LAST MINUTE (LIFE SAVERS). THE WINDOW CLEANER ARRIVED ON TIME. HE TOOK ABOUT 4 HOURS TOTAL. THERE WERE SPOTS LEFT IN THE KITCHEN (VERY HARD TO GET OUT). I LATER USED SEVERAL CHEMICALS TO GET IT OUT.

LOVELY LADS DOES A LOVELY JOB. THE LAD, SUMMER, WAS KIND AND PLEASANT AND A HARD WORKER. HE WAS HERE ALMOST 5 HOURS (WE HAVE A LOT OF WINDOWS), AND THEY SHINED WHEN HE WAS DONE. WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY WERE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER BIDS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL--ON TIME, NEAT, CONSIDERATE OF FURNITURE, ETC AND WORKED WITHOUT TAKING BREAKS UNTIL THE WORK WAS DONE.

THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB, AND ARE VERY COMPETITIVE IN THEIR PRICING.....
