Excellent from start-to-finish. Very responsive to telephone calls, and called to confirm appointment in advance. Arrived on-time and finished work as promised.

Lisa came out to walk the perimeter of the house in order to give us an estimate. We hired them to do the work the next day as we had guests coming for dinner. Lisa knew that and did not raise her price because she had us over a barrel. A class act. These folks cheerfully did a wonderful job, were on time, thorough, made NO mess. In the past it has taken the two of us an entire day to accomplish this task. Lovely Windows was in and out of here in less than 4 hours. To our astonishment, the man who did the work (I feel terrible that I don't remember his name) even offered to wash our skylights and clean their screens at no additional charge. It could not have been better! And we got a discount because we found them on Angie's List!

Excellent. After I called, owner drove by house to give me estimate, and cleaning was scheduled for next day. I arranged to meet the technician after I left work. Technician got there early, and by the time I got home, exterior was already done. Tracks could have been done better, but windows and screens were done very well.

I called this company and Lisa, the owner, came out to my home for an estimate. Roman came out to clean the windows and also repaired two screens that had been damaged by a previous company.

Called two companies on Angie's List. One provided a quote over the phone and charged an extra $1/track to clean the window tracks. Lovely Windows sent Lisa (the owner) to walk the perimeter of the house. I thought surely this would be more expensive due to gas and time involved. In fact, Lovely Windows' quote came in 35% less than the first quote (plus another 10% discount as an Angie's List user) and included track cleaning. Roman showed up, worked quickly and did a great job. He even cleaned a large mirror in my hallway at no charge.

I called Lovely Windows By The Lads to inquire about an estimate. I talked to Lisa, and she was able to give me an estimate over the phone after I described the sizes and number of windows in my home. We scheduled an appointment, but I had to cancel the day before because of a last-minute scheduling conflict. She said it was no problem to reschedule to a later date, and was not annoyed at my canceling the day before, which I really appreciated. Two weeks later, a very polite gentleman by the name of Roman showed up to clean my windows. He was very friendly, courteous and hard-working. He did a wonderful job cleaning the windows. Roman informed me that one of my screens on an upstairs window was cracked and told me where I could go to find the part to fix it. I showed him my patio screen door with the screen that had been pulled out on the bottom by a family member walking into it. He did a good job of pushing the screen back into the frame. Roman also showed me where a lawn sprinkler that was turned up too high had left hard-water deposits on my dining room window. He offered to take some cleaner that I had to rub the spots off the window. I was really impressed when Roman told me he had cleaned three patio cover skylights that probably had not been cleaned since we repainted the patio cover three years earlier. I will definitely request Roman the next time I call Lovely Windows. His work ethic was exemplary. This was the first time I used this company, and it was a pleasurable experience. The cost was $117, which included the first-time user's 10% Angie's discount.

I contacted this company by phone and they came right out to my house and gave me an estimate for my two-story home. Their employees came the next day, on time as agreed and immediately went to work. I asked if they would also clean my floor to ceiling mirror in my living room and they did for a nominal charge. They were at my home for four hours and did a outstanding job. My windows and screens are so clean now, it has inspired me to do some fall cleaning inside. The employees were very professional and courteous. I am extremely happy with their work. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a 10% discount for hiring them through Angie's List.

It went very good. They did the work in a timely fashion. Their price was very reasonable. They came back to make sure that the quality of their work was good.

I made the appointment for the windows to be cleaned at a rental property. The owner drove by the place and called me with an estimate of the price. The cleaner showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He made sure that he did not interfere with the other crew that was cleaning the house. He even cleaned the small window in the garage. He was careful where he placed the ladder among the plantings in the patio.

Scheduling was easy, an appointment was available within a week. An in-person estimate was offered but I was able to get a figure over the phone since I was at home and could describe my windows accurately. Oscar arrived promptly; was pleasant, professional and tidy. He did a wonderful, streak-free job on the windows - much better than I could do on my own. The price I paid included a 10% first-time customer/Angie's List discount.

They cleaned a total of about sixty windows. They showed up when they promised. The quality of the work was excellent. I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend them or use them again.

They were very fast, and they were very respectful about being in our house. I would recommend them to others and use them again. They were very professional.

From the initial contact with Lisa you know you're dealing with a professional company that truly understands windows. The initial estimate was right on target. Manuel and Oscar showed up as scheduled and performed their job in a meticulous, thorough and professional manner. It is clear that these guys have an expertise and knowledge unsurpassed in this line of business. Because the job was bid at a fixed price, I fully expected the work to be rushed. Instead, I truly enjoyed watching Manuel and Oscar perform their magic on the windows in a detailed fashion. Most of the windows had security screens. They took their time to ensure that they protected the connections and did the same on removing the double pane panel to get inside the glass. They made sure that the windows were set on a towel so as not to damage the floor or the windows. I was truly amazed at the quality of work and the effort that we received for the price we paid. From my perspective, this is the only window company I will use again or recommend to friends and clients. It's amazing in this day and age to get top quality workers, at a fair and reasonable price and that exceed your every expectation. The owner, Lisa was a pleasure to work with from the initial estimate through the constant follow through during the project. Since the project had to be completed over a two day period, there was more coordination than usual to match our schedule. Most importantly, we truly did end up with LOVELY WINDOWS performed by the Lads.

Roman (the cleaner assigned to us) was just great. We have a number of small-paned windows, as well as very high up ones, and he cleaned them all meticulously inside and out, re-hung our window coverings when he was done, and left everything spotless. I'm really pleased and will hire this company again. They called the next day to check and see how I felt the job went, something I thought was a nice touch and exhibited great customer service.

Roman showed up on time and was very professional. My 2 year old son was absolutely fascinated, and Roman was very kind to answer his questions while he diligently worked. The whole process took about three hours. The windows have never looked better.

Manuel and Oscar arrived promptly at 8am, and got to work on the gutters. Once finished, they came inside (removing their shoes without being asked) and cleaned the inside windows. Then they finished up with the outside windows and screens. They were thoroughly professional and polite, finishing within 4 hours. They did a perfect job.

Great company. Lisa came out the next day to quote. I was at work but she walked around the house and called me later with a quote. We scheduled a day and she sent 2 window cleaners who arrived on time and did a wonderful job.

I called the company to get an estimate and Lisa came by the house the next day and then called with the estimate. I did not need to be home. The estimate was $95 and she took off the 10% Angie's list coupon. A few days later they cleaned the windows, screens, tracts and sills. They did an excellent job! My windows and tracts were filthy. I had not had my windows cleaned since the fires so there was still a lot of ash. Lisa came by at the end of the job to check in.

Competitive pricing via on site quote, on time arrival, efficient, fast and wonderful work. Couldn't be more pleased.

Called Lisa and she came the same day to bid the job. It was not necessary for her to come inside the house. The windows were cleaned within a few days. Her worker was very pleasant and polite and spent extra time on a couple of hard to clean skylights. Considering the amount of "glass" we had, I would say that the price was extremely reasonable and I will definitely use this company again.

I thought that the glass windows looked great after they were done. The only problem was that the tracks were not properly cleaned. I just thought that the work could have been done a little better and will look for someone else next time.

I called Lovely Windows and spoke with the owner, Lisa, who arranged the appointment for 8am on Tuesday. It turned out that the original technician was delayed and Lisa called us early that morning to let us know that he would arrive about 10am which was no problem. As it turned out, a replacement, Manuel, arrived at 10am. Manuel did an excellent and thorough job and completed all of the work in about four hours. He was very pleasant and easy to work with and we were pleased with the company.

I needed to have our windows cleaned before we moved in to our house. I don't think they had ever been cleaned. The estimate was timely and it was easy to schedule the cleaning around my schedule. Could not believe the difference.

Oscar did a good job cleaning the windows, but he did not bring to my attention a few hard to remove spots. I had to ask him about them just before he left. He said he was not able to clean them with their soap and water solution. He was also not very careful with the tall extension ladder and the walls, but came back within two days to help touch-up paint the scuff and scrapes on one wall. Lisa (owner) is very good with follow-up calls.

There was one time we had a small problem (where the wall of the house outside got dirty). They immediately came out to take care of it and were apologetic. They were very responsive and care about doing a good job. We love these guys!
