I always use them. They are prompt and they call and ask if they can switch the appointment to another day if it seems to be a rainy day. They really work with me. The manager is the one who would call for such things.

This was a great company to work with from start to finish. Someone came out and looked at house and then emailed me a quote. We set a date but as the date approached, rain was in the forecast. They called me to reschedule, I did not have to call them. I really appreciated the forethought. On the day of service, the person who came did a great job and someone also came by during the process to check on how it was going. I felt the price was great considering the job done and the attention to detail and effort to satisfy the customer.

I was impressed with the professionalism of both Lisa, the owner, and her staff. The work performed met my expectations. I look forward to working with the company again in the future.

Excellent service two years in a row! The contractor answered the phone on the first call, promptly, and provided me with an estimate over the phone. We scheduled the window washing/gutter cleaning job on date 10 days in the future. On the designated date the contractor arrived on-time, performed all work as expected, and left an invoice on the front porch for services rendered. I would strongly recommend this company for this type of job. They're easy to deal with, on-time, and within quoted cost.

Two experienced young men came as scheduled and quickly and efficiently cleaned all of the areas needed cleaning. I am pleased with their service.

Two lovely lads showed up on time, were friendly and polite, got right to work. The windows look gorgeous, the tracks are clean, I forgot what a difference it makes to look out clear, shiny glass! They even cleaned the glass doors between the hallway and the den, nice surprise! Would absolutely hire again.

I was so pleased with the work that was done. Lisa gave a 1/2 hour window arrival time and they were right on time! They were so professional and did an excellent job! My windows looked great!

They are very flexible. The last time they were unable to come on time because the previous house was bigger than they planned. They came very late in the afternoon and made sure they finished the job.

Overall, I was very please with Lovely Windows by the Lads. I would definitely recommend them. Lisa called me back promptly. I wanted to get my house wash as soon as possible and she was able to accommodate me by coming four days earlier than the original date. The two men that came to my house, Roman and Eddie were very organize and took great care in the quality of their work. I plan to use them again next year.

They arrived promptly and went from room to room washing windows and collecting screens for cleaning. It took them approximately around 2 hours to complete the job and were very professional and polite.

Lisa came to my home, made an estimate, then sent a team later in the week to clean windows inside & out & to brush/clean screens. Their work is amazing, professional, excellent, inexpensive, and, quite simply, the best one could hope for.

The first time they gave me around 10% discount and I used them for the second time. They cleaned the inside and outside. They do a very good job. It was just one guy both the times and it took him a couple of hours to finish the job. He was pretty fast and the cleaning included the screens as well. The second time they were not as meticulous as the first time. The guy who came was very professional and very nice. I would hire them again.

I contacted the company for a quote to clean the windows of my two-story, 2700 sq. ft. house. We have a lot of windows (44 to be exact). Spoke with Lisa who came out the next day and called me immediately with a quote. Made arrangements for the windows to be cleaned on Friday. I was told someone would arrive between 11:30 and 12:00. I have had windows cleaned by a couple different companies before who would send only one person to do the job. It took them over 10 hours. I explained my concern to Lisa. Friday at 1:00 Manny and Joe arrived. They quickly knocked out the windows, finishing in just under 3 hours. They're beautiful -- crystal clear. Thanks, Manny and Joe.

They are organized, responsive, and explain things well. They also clean up once the job is done. The crews who come out are polite and I feel comfortable with them. They have always done a wonderful job. They take off the screens and clean them thoroughly and also keep my windows look new. I have been satisfied with their service.

Made appointment by phone. Explained how many windows and sizes. Said they could come out and make estimate or could they tell by size. Made appointment for 7/2/09 between 8 and 8:30 am. Roman was early but waited in his truck till 8am. He came in and explained what he would clean. He was very professional and did his job as explained. He offered to clean two large mirrors in my bathrooms, no extra charge and even did the small windows in my garage door. I was very pleased with his work.

They are very good. There was rain on the week they were scheduled to come and she worked with me to find out a time that worked best. Lisa came out to give the estimate. When they came out they did a very nice job. I will continue to use them.
