Lovely Windows By The Lads

It went great! The windows, screens and tracks were all very clean. Everything looked beautiful when they were finished. My husband and I were very impressed at how quickly, yet thoroughly, they got the job done. Oscar and Manuel were the two men who did the work. They were very nice and professional. Oscar mentioned an outdoor only service that they offer to help make it more affordable for us to have our windows cleaned more frequently. We will definitely be calling the Lads for our next window cleaning and probably all of our future window cleanings as well!

I was scheduled for window cleaning when the weather changed and rain was forecast for that day. I was called a couple days ahead and asked it they could reschedule and of course I was pleased to do that. On the day of the appointment they arrived on time and were very pleasant. The windows sparkle. I was very pleased. They told me if it rains in the next few days they will return and do the outside again. WOW- that is good customer service.

Lovely Windows has great customer service. Lisa came to give an estimate right away and followed up with an email. Roman from Lovely Windows showed up right on time and cleaned all 33 windows in our house inside and out including the screens. He was extremely professional and courteous. We are very happy with the service and will continue to hire this company going forward. Our windows do look lovely!

Lisa came by and emailed an estimate later that day. We received her bid & decided to have her "lads" do the work. They arrived on time & washed all the windows inside & out. Wow, what a difference! Beautiful work. We will use them again.

My wife contacted Lisa about pressure washing and window cleaning. She showed up on time and after reviewing the job gave us an estimate. We compared against another company's estimate and she was the lower choice. She had already done the same job for my neighbor who was very happy and recommended her so I didn't have any hesitation in hiring her company. They showed up on time on the day of the cleaning and proceeded with the pressure washing of the roof and the house the first day. They came back the next day and completely cleaned our windows inside and out. The crew was very professional and polite. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

It went very well. The technician arrived exactly on time and started cleaning the inside windows. He put on "booties" (not necessary since I was having the carpets replaced) and began vacuuming the window tracks and cleaning the windows. Once the inside was done, he moved to the outside and completed the project. The entire evolution took about an hour, and my windows now sparkle! I will definitely use this service again in about 6 months.

I had my outside windows cleaned (no screens and no indoor windows per my request). Lisa came by and emailed the estimate right away. She was very accommodating in scheduling the cleaning by the date I needed. Roman, the window cleaner, was punctual and efficient. He did a good job cleaning my windows. I would highly recommend them.

Very responsive, professional and cost effective

I read all the reviews on Lovely Windows by the Lads on Angie's List before contacting them. Lisa O'Bara couldn't have been nicer. Answered the phone while driving to an appointment and said she would call as soon as appointment was over, which she did. She also told me Angie's list members get ten percent off! I wanted my windows done in less than 2 weeks from first call, so I gave her 3 different dates and times that were best for me and she was able to accomodate my first choice and gave me a 2 hour window of when the crew would show up. She came by the following day to give an estimate and emailed me the total job cost that afternoon. Oscar and Joe showed up right on time and were very polite and friendly, explained how and where they would start and left their shoes by the front door while cleaning inside. About one hour and 15 minutes later, my windows are the cleanest they have ever been. I will happily use them again and will refer them to all my neighbors!

Lisa came to give us an estimate, and the price seemed reasonable compared to window cleaning we had at a previous house by a different company. Although it is a single story house, there are some extremely high windows that require an extension ladder for cleaning and there are a lot of large windows and 4 French doors. She was able to schedule us for a day the following week. Roman arrived promptly at the expected time and went right to work after I walked him through the inside to show him all of the windows. He told me how long he expected to be working inside and then outside, and was pretty close to his estimated time. Roman was very professional and he did an excellent job cleaning all of the windows and screens. He also explained that, because our west-facing windows and doors get more dirt than the others, I can call Lisa to schedule cleanings of just those windows, or just the outsides of the windows, if they need it in the future. I do plan to do that, as well as schedule an annual whole-house window cleaning in the future.

We had a very positive and professional experience with "Lovely Windows by the Lads". Our windows and screens look great. We were extremely pleased with the service and Roman. He took time to explain what he would be doing and he was very professional at all times. We appreciated the booties, drop cloth and the towel he used under his bucket inside the house. After he was done, he took the time to make sure we were satisfied and if there were any windows that needed more attention.....what a great touch!!! He also was very neat and cleaned up after the work was completed. Initially, I was concerned how the screens were to be cleaned but their procedure was both efficient and worked very well. We were also pleased that Lisa came to the house to make an on-site estimate. We will definitely call Lisa for our next service and will refer our neighbors as well.

The company did a fantastic job cleaning the windows.The only problem was in scheduling. They didn't think we had a firm date so we had to reschedule.Easy to deal with...

Everything went very smoothly. Lisa came out for an estimate and provided it by email the next day. Scheduling was exactly when we wanted to have it done. They were prompt and very professional. The windows had not been cleaned in quite a while and they did an outstanding job. It's amazing how much of a difference it makes.

We have a 2 story house with LOTS of windows (more than 40) and skylights. The lads did a very nice job of cleaning of everything and some of the skylights were in difficult locations. They cleaned the windows inside and out, and cleaned the window frames and screens. They completed the job in about 3 hours, and I am very satisfied. I'll call them again.

They did a great job. They came out to give an estimate and stuck with the price. They were clean when doing the job and on time as well.

Best window washing job we have ever had.? All windows downstairs have divided light with many grids.? This job took about 3-1/2 hours and was very well done.? The gentleman who did the work was on time and presented himself very well.? We''ll be using this company again.? High recommend!

The group came out and did a great job power cleaning my house before I had some painting done. Came while I was out of town and there were no signs of anything left behind except a clean house. Will use again.

This is the 4th time I used this company. I found them on Angies List and have been completely satisfied. They are prompt and very efficient. i couldn't ask for more.

Lisa (the owner) came by to view the home and provided an estimate on the following day as promised. We scheduled the window cleaning for Saturday of the same week. Roman - who cleaned our windows showed up at 8:30 AM - right on time. He spent 4 hours cleaning all of our windows inside and out on our 2-story home. Roman did an absolutely outstanding job and takes a lot of pride and precision in his work. He was also very polite - and a hard worker. To top it all off - Lisa stopped by as the work was in-process just to see how things were going. What a nice touch ... Lovely Windows by the Lads provides top rate price, service and customer satisfaction. We will use Lovely Windows the next time we need to have our windows cleaned.
