We appreciated having Lisa come by to look at the job so there were no surprises on cleaning day. She was punctual, friendly, and sent us an email bid detailing the service and price. Roman, the window cleaning tech was methodical, careful, friendly, and a person we felt quite comfortable with having in our home.......he even offered to help move something heavy on a project I was working on. You need look no further for a very professionally run window cleaning company and a reasonable price. Larry

I called Lisa based on the reviews here on Angie's List with an urgent request: "I'm putting my house on the market and our realtor asked that we get the windows washed before the weekend, can you help?" I had totally forgotten that it was Easter weekend. Lisa said that she was fully booked but would try to work it out. She called back later the same day with an estimate and a schedule time, early Friday morning. Manny was right on time, professional, respectful and very efficient. He cleaned all of the windows in our 300 sq ft 2 story house, inside and out, plus the tracks in two hours and did a great job. Very pleased with the work and the customer service.

The "lads" are by far my favorite service, providing extremely high quality cleaning at a very fair price!! Our windows look brand new! Impeccable! This was the 2nd time they cleaned our windows and I am as impressed as I was the first time! Great job, lads and Thank You so much ;-)

Lovely Windows was a great company to work with. Lisa did a walk around the exterior of the house and provided a written estimate later the same day. We finalized the appointment by email, and Oscar arrived right on time to do the work. I was surprised that it was just one worker, but Oscar was fast and efficient, cleaning insides, outsides, screens and tracks beautifully. Even more than a week later, with the changing light during the day, I have not seen any places where he left a streak or missed a spot.

After a horrible experience with another company who was hired to do the entire house's windows, but after a month of dealing with them only did the bottom floor, I called Lovely Windows By the Lads. I explained the situation to Lisa who came by that afternoon. She gave me a reasonable price on the spot ($115 minus an Angie's list discount of 10%). I have a lot of windows so it seemed reasonable. Her 'lads" came the next morning, on time, and did all the windows upstairs in not much more than an hour. They were quick and professional, even wearing booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty. They had all the right equipment and the windows look great. Lisa also gave me a whole house price of $175 (minus10%) and $110 (again minus 10%) for exterior only for the whole house. These are good prices since I have a house filled with windows, a screened double door, and and a side glass door. I will definitely use them yearly!

Excellent! Best value I've received in a long time. Work was super, they were prompt and very professional. It rained a couple days after they were done and they called me!! to see if any needed touch up. Fantastic!! i will always call them in the future.

Oscar and Roman (our "Lads") did an awesome job.? They were professional, polite and FAST and Lisa (the company owner) did everything to get the job done in time for our dinner party.? The job was originally scheduled for Friday morning but it rained and we had to cancel. Lisa worked us in on an otherwise full day for the company.? Three men cleaned all windows and screens and even cleaned a skylight which was very high and difficult to reach. Will definitely use them on a regular basis!

Roman arrived early and immediately began cleaning the windows. He kept me apprised as he began each step. He showed me a window that had a gap of approximately 1/8 inch that was allowing cold air to enter. He used an additional solution to remove hard water spots from the outside of several windows at no charge. Lisa contacted me within 2 hours of the service to tell me that i had overpaid. Because of my membership in Angie's list I received a discount for their service. I would definitely use again. Great customer service.

Lisa visited my house and emailed me an estimate. She managed to squeeze me in before Christmas which I very much appreciated. The window cleaner was quick, professional and very polite We had a problem with the alarm for one of the screens and Lisa even stopped by to see what was wrong. I had to have the alarm company come out the next day and they solved the problem easily.Lisa followed up to see if there were any charges but there weren't. Ill use them again for sure.

Owner responded to my request for estimate (by email) and came to our house - all within the first 24hrs. Price was very reasonable for the size of our 2 story house. Appt. was made for within the week but they had a cancellation so they came a couple days earlier! Two men arrived on time, were polite, wore booties on their shoes when in the house...end result - windows look great! Nice job - would use them again!

Review for Lisa O'Bara Lovely Windows by The Lads 858-212-5050 I requested bids from three companies from Angie?s List to clean our two-story office building. Of the three, Lisa O?Bara was by far the most professional (followed up many times by phone/email) and the most personable. She didn?t blink when we had to reschedule several times and even offered to come in on Thanksgiving Day when the office was closed so as not to disturb us. She was onsite the entire time as well as her crew introduced themselves when they arrived. They worked so quickly they did both inside and out within a few hours. The windows are spectacular and we all are enjoying the beauty. Overall, I would rate Lisa and Lovely Windows by The Lads ? A+ in all areas. From start to finish a great experience. The owner, Lisa came out to the house to do an estimate. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She emailed me the estimate later in the day and I found it to be extremely reasonable. Due to the holidays coming soon, the company was booked until after Thanksgiving. However one of her employees, Roman, was able to work on Sunday. Lucky for us!! Roman arrived exactly at the schedule time and he was very professional, conscientious and did an outstanding job. Our windows have never looked better!! He went above and beyond by helping my husband move furniture, etc. etc. We were so pleased with the results and will definitely utilize their services again. If I could give him an A+ I would! Thank you Lisa, Roman and LOvely Windows by the Lads!!

We were very happy with the work that was done. Our windows look fantastic!! Besides having great looking windows when they were done, it was done very quickly because there were two of them working. In what normally takes one person all day, they were done in just under 3 hours. LOVE that!! I would use them again!

I've used Lovely Windows for over 10 years and the owner Lisa is heavenly to deal with. The people who do the window cleaning have been with her for years, so I trust who is in my home. They always do a high quality job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Lovely Windows to any homeowner.

I contacted Lovely Windows by the Lads and the owner went by the home to look at the number of windows in order to provide an estimate. They were busy so it took a few days to get into their schedule. I asked about their cleaning process and requested that they cleaners put towels in the window sills to prevent them from getting wet. My windows have 4" recessed sills that are painted drywall and I didn't want the drywall getting wet when they squeegued off the water. Two guys showed up on time but they had minimal supplies to the do the work. One old dirty towel, a bucket and squeegues. When I explained to the main guy in charge that I'd like the sill protected, he simply refused and said it would take then four times longer to clean the windows. I gave them additional towels which I asked them to please use. They refused. They traipsed around my home which had just been cleaned because it is being put up for sale and had no cares if they set their wet buckets on the carpets. The customer service aspect of this company was terrible. I watched as they dropped screens from the second floor and bent the frame of one of the screens that hit a planter. They claimed it was an accident but I saw the guy drop it down to the second floor. The owner stopped by and I explained that I asked the men to use towels (which I supplied) to prevent the drywall sills from getting wet, and she really had no answer. I told her that her main worker was surly and rude. She did nothing to improve his attitude. They never walked the job with me to see if I was satisfied with the work. The window cleaning was mediocre at best and their attitude was terrible. The name of the company "Lovely windows by the lads" doesn't fit with the rough, surly nature of the men doing the work. I won't use or refer this company to anyone else. They arrived on my project with a very bad attitude.

GREAT SERVICE! I called and the estimate was given that day. I had an appointment scheduled for a few days later. The cleaner, Oscar, was awesome. He was professional and even wore booties inside my home. I am so thrilled to have found a window cleaner I like. The windows are dangerous they are so crystal clear. I will be having them come several times a year. I even received a follow up call that night to make sure I was happy with the service. When your windows are clean, your whole house feels clean. This is what my mom has always said.
