Everything was very efficient and done professionally.

It went right on schedule. This is the 5th time I have used them. I had a large mirror that never looked clean and they made it shine.

I've used this company before. And will use them again. They're good!!

The service was excellent from the beginning as they responded to my inquiry with a same day quote and scheduled a service day that was convenient for me. They showed up on time, did excellent work and finished in the amount of time they said they would. Highly recommend them!!

I called them for window cleaning services and the first time that I spoke with them, Lisa, the owner, told me that they were unable to service my area. A little later she called me back and said that one of her crew members would be willing to come out to my home. They went out of their way to accommodate me and I thought that was very special. They did a good job too!

Oscar was assigned to do the work and he was right on time. He was very courteous and professional and did a great job.

The Lads did a great job, once again. I had used them before at another house. This time, they did 8 windows and 2 sliding doors upstairs, 9 windows and a door downstairs. Sparkling clean in much less time and aggravation than if my wife and I had done it ourselves. We will be regular customers.

What an amazing difference! Our windows gleam and let in so much more light. He was prompt and fast. He did a fantastic job! I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will use them again!

Every interaction with Lovely Windows by the Lads was professional and pleasant -- from our initial phone calls, to getting an estimate, to scheduling, to servicing. This company is easy to work with very competitive prices -- exactly what I was looking for. We had difficulty connecting initially but Lisa didn't stop trying and neither did I. Once we did, things moved as quickly as I wanted them to -- Lisa was very clear about what to expect and when and delivered on every point -- my estimate showed up when she said it would (with my Angie's List discount), we scheduled as soon as I was ready, and the crew showed up when we scheduled. It sounds like that should be simple to deliver but given that we are all subscribers to Angie's List, I think we know differently. As I mentioned, the crew showed up on time and they were fantastic -- friendly -- pet-friendly too -- professional, efficient, and thorough. Washing windows and cleaning screens is dirty work and "the Lads" worked their way through my home quickly and I was very pleasantly surprised by how little mess was left once they left and the windows look terrific. One additional surprise, Lisa was doing some other estimates in the area and stopped by to check on things and see if I had any further questions. I was very impressed. I will definitely use Lovely Windows by the Lads again.

The Lads were excellent! They moved me up in the schedule due to a cancellation because I wanted fast service. They were on time, did good work, worked efficiently, and were respectful of my property. I would definitely use them again.

Second time I've used this company. He showed up on time, did the job efficiently, was pleasant, courteous, and professional, and charged me exactly the amount stated over the phone when I set up the appointment. Some window tracks could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, but most were fine and they were all exceptionally dirty before he started.

They were professional and provided a great service. I was very happy with them and will be using them again in the future.

Pressure Washing: Patio cover (10x50), patio, built in barbecue area, two sets of patio furniture, extra chairs, spa, 3 car driveway, walkways on both sides of the house and in the front of the house Cost $315 (after Angie List discount) Window Washing: Approximately 25 windows inside and out Cost $117.00 (after Angie List discount) Arrival was early. Lisa, the owner, carefully took Jesse and Oscar around the premises to explain what needed to be done. Oscar worked on the pressure washing and Jess worked on inside windows until the patio area was finished and then he started washing the outside windows. Everyone was pleasant and professional (used booties over shoes inside) and left premises in good condition. The price to do the windows was in the range I had paid to other companies. However, I thought the cost of pressure washing was high considering that it took one person about 3 hours to do it. I had mistakenly thought the $315 quote included everything -- but, my fault, I misread the quote.

Cleaned 9 windows, 3 upstairs and 6 down. Seven include sliders and two are sliding doors. They also did four panels in my garage door. The guy was there early, and did a great job. The owner even came by to check. I am planning to have them do another house in the near future.

They were quick, easy and they did a good job.

Can't say enough about how happy I was with this company. This was my first Angie's List vender and boy did they deliver. I have a two story house in the Sorrento Mesa area and I thought the price quite reasonable. Linda came by to give me an estimate the same day I called and I scheduled an appt for a few days later. My windows never looked so good.

Lisa came out to our property and gave an estimate that included a full service treatment to each window including the sky lights. I informed her that we conduct our business in our home at that gaining access to each room will be tricky. She assured me that the flexibility of her crew would not allow our situation to be an issue. I was emailed a bid along with days that worked for her schedule. I appreciated the format of the email in that it was far enough into the following week that I could adjust my schedule appropriately. When her guy arrived he was very polite and courteous throughout the process. As access to rooms became available he would methodically shift his focus to those rooms. Given the circumstances of the house and how busy it was that day, the proficiency of Lovely windows was nothing less than impressive. It took a few hours to complete the job and when he was done the house looked brand new. Funny, you don't realize how dirty your windows are until someone professionally cleans them. We were so impressed with their work that we will be using Lovely windows for our other homes. This was a great experience. The owner came out to do an assessment and give me a bid. When the crew got here they were as profissional AND pleasant as could be! They even moved some of the stuff out of the way so they could get to the inside window where I had not been able to move it. They pointed out places where there were scratches from previous wear, and they were in and out as estimated.

I especially liked the fact that they were responsive and quick. The windows look great.

They were marvelous. They were on time, courteous and they did a great job. The owner even came out to check up on the work. I would highly recommend them to others.
