I organized the cleaning with Lisa, who was great and accommodating. Oscar and Jesse came to wash the windows. They were very pleasant and efficient.

They arrived on time and were quite courteous and friendly and had no problem with our large dog in yard. Took care to protect the carpets and floors inside and any plants near the windows outside. Worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned the glass, frames and screens inside and outside. We have lots of windows and some are really in difficult places to reach but they had no problems reaching them. We were very pleased with the outcome. The price might be slightly high but, based on quality, really worth it.

Everything you want in a window cleaning company. Lisa came out in advance to give us an exact price quote. Excellent communication. When the day came for the cleaning, the gentleman arrived on time, wore shoe covers and was respectful, efficient and polite. Windows look great. No complaints. Great company.

I talked to Lisa at the Lovely Windows last week, and she came out to do an estimate the next day. We agreed on a date/time for the job. The Lovely Lads, and they were wonderful lads indeed, came out slightly early (we had an 8 to 8:30 arrival time) and were done in no time at all. There are about 25 windows in our 2 story house that they cleaned inside and out, plus the screens and the French Doors. They were careful of the furnishings, moved everything that needed to be moved, and then put them back in place. The windows and screens now sparkle. They were wonderful with our 3 dogs, and made sure when they were moving from inside to outside that the dogs were safe. All in all, I can't say enough good things. I will definitely call on them again, and would refer them in a heartbeat.

Went great. They were on time, courteous, professional, and did a great job. Probably not the cheapest, but price was reasonable and they did a superb job.

Fantastic job from start to finish. Very fast callback and follow-through on calendaring an inspection to give me an estimate, and then within 4 hours of giving me the estimate Lisa was able to schedule the work to be done the following Saturday. From first call to the work being completed was under 4 days - that is impressive! Manny and Jesse were the workers and they did a fantastic job. Before getting started on the windows inside they respectfully asked if there was anything in front of any window that I would prefer they not touch. Very thoughtful of them! We've been under construction for over a year and the outside of our house was filthy, but the exterior pressure washing was done with meticulous care - it was like have a whole new house. Just a great job all the way around and will definitely be calling them again!

It is rare that a contractor of any sort is highly responsive, on-time, and does great work. Lovely Windows by the Lads is an exception. Right from the start they were very response both to phone calls and email. I received our quote the same day that they came by to scope out the job. They were able to schedule a time that worked within that week. On the day of the job they were running early. I was contacted to be updated that they would arrive early to make sure the time still worked for us. When they arrived the gentleman was professional, courteous and did really great work. The windows came out looking way better and all for a very fair price. We will be using Lovely Windows at least a couple times a year moving forward.

Sociable yet professional, fast but attentive to details. In addition to our two stories of windows, they also cleaned two very awkward chandeliers and our stained glass window with many parts. They were very careful with the upstairs screens, most of them 30 years old. Excellent, I will definitely call them again.

Lovely Windows by the Lads did an amazing job! Oscar was prompt, polite and professional. Oscar cleaned the inside and outside of our windows as well as cleaned the screens and tracks. Our 24 year old windows look brand new! We could not be happier with the quality of the work or the professionalism of this company. From getting a quote, to scheduling the work, to completing the job this company is top notch and we will definitely use them again!

We've had Lovely Windows by the Lads clean our windows and window screens in the past, and they did such a good job that we asked them to come out again. Very professional and friendly. Though they did not arrive between the time period originally stated, I was contacted by phone that morning to let me know they were finishing a job near by and were on their way, actually arriving with 30 minutes of the original time estimate. Work was exceptional...they even fixed a sliding screen door that had been stuck for weeks and, as I was doing lots of work around the house, they offered help with moving, lifting things for me. Would recommend this service to anyone.
