Description of Work: The crew did an exceptionally good job washing the windows in our two story house, including our sunroom. They showed up on time and completed the work in a very professional manner.

Description of Work: Lovely Windows by the Lads cleaned my windows - interior and exterior, screens and tracks. As a first time customer, I received an Angies List 10% discount. Lisa is a terrific example of a smart, successful small business owner. Great service at a competitive price. She made it to my house (a small one story in San Carlos with 10 windows and 2 sliders) the day after my phone call to walk the perimeter of the house. She emailed me a quote that same day as well, just as she said she would. The window washer showed up on time (actually early) and was courteous and careful. Shoe protectors are worn inside your house. He was very experienced, having done this for over 10 years, and very thorough. He didn't waste any time, but he didn't rush the job either. He let me know that if it rained within 4-5 days after your cleaning, if you request it they will swing by to touch up the exterior. It doesn't get any better than that! Lisa emailed me by the end of the day of service to check on the job that was done, and to ask if I had any issues or comments. I told her that that Lovely Windows by the Lads was my new window washing company. This business has always seemed to me to be an easy one to get up and running, especially if you don't get bonded or insured. A squeegee and you're on your way. But to stay in business for many years, with a stable group of employees - that requires an edge. Lovely Windows apparently has that edge - I was told they do a far amount of work in upscale neighborhoods on very large houses.

I was disappointed that they did not clean interior skylights and did not tell me when coming out to give estimate (one of the main reasons I wanted them out)...however the rest of the windows looked sparkeling in and out and I have already referred to others!

Description of Work: Lisa came to estimate the price of our job the day I called. Oscar washed all the windows and screens on our 2-story home after our recent remodel. The screens are oversized, we have two windows with air-conditioning units and because of the remodel, there was extra dirt all around. Oscar made our windows look like new, including the difficult window configuration due to the air-conditioners. He wiped the window sills clean and left us a house with sparkling windows. The whole process took about an hour and a half--seemed very quick for 12 windows and a large sliding patio door. This is the second time Lovely Window by the Lads has cleaned our windows, and I am expecting to ask them to come again in about 6-9 months.

Description of Work: The townhouse windows were extremely dirty inside and especially outside. Lisa, owner / manager, came to the property to provide a valid estimate. "The Lads" arrived on time and did an absolutely wonderful job on the windows and screens. While they worked, Lisa, dropped by to make sure all was going well. Description of Work: Two men cleaned all my windows (in/out), screens, and tracks. I have over 20 large windows/sliding glass door. They were punctual, very polite, and efficient. I can't believe I waited so long to have my windows cleaned; they made the experience painless. I had assumed it would take them all day and was pleasantly surprised when everything was cleaned in 2 hrs. I highly recommend this company! It's been a month and sometimes it looks like my windows are open, but it's just that they are so clean!
