+ -1 moreThe whole experience was great. Miles was responsive, professional, timely, and gave us exactly what we needed. I contaced two other engineers and Lovelace offered the best price.
Description of Work: Structural calculations for the removal of a weight bearing wall.

+ -1 moreJob was performed quickly and in the time estimated. It was very difficult to find an engineer willing to take on such a small job. Also, the price was very good. We received an estimate from another firm for three times the amount we paid to Lovelace. We were able to obtain the building permit over the counter, so mission accomplished. Phone calls were promptly returned and the engineer called us for clarification when questions arose.
Description of Work: Engineering for remodel of master bedroom and bath to include adding two windows in a sheer wall and one in the master bath, replacing a window with doors, and replacing a door with windows.

+ -1 moreWE HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS GETTING THE WORK COMPLETED ON TIME. THERE WERE CONSTANT DELAYS WHICH COST US A LOT OF TIME IN GETTING THE BUILDING PLANS IN TO THE CITY. THE ENGINEER WORKING WITH US RARELY RETURNED OUR CALLS. WE WOULD NOT WANT TO USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, BUT IT IS HARD TO FIND DEPENDABLE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS.
Description of Work: WE HIRED LOVELACE ENGINEERING TO DO THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING FOR OUR REMODEL.
