+ -1 moreThey had installed a garage door several years ago and we were satisfied with their work. The door was not operating correctly and I called them to repair. The person answering said that they would not be able to get to it for 2-3 days and referred me to a competitor who was able to do the work the same day. I thought that demonstrated a high degree of integrity and professionalism.

+ -1 moreThey called ahead to tell me they could come early. I was at work but told them I'd be home in 15 minutes. They were there waiting for me when I arrived. One workman fixed the door springs in about 30 minutes. Everything is working well. I did not get other estimates to compare pricing. I had used this company before. However, when the workman arrived, he said they were a completely new group of guys working there.
Description of Work: One (of two) springs had broken on our automatic garage door. I called them and they came out the next day to fix it. They recommended changing both springs. Cost would've been $200 to fix one spring.
