Extremely easy transaction. Lisa thoroughly explained every paper I signed and answered all my questions. I felt she put my interest first. I was very confident throughout the experience that I could completely rely on her knowledge. Since Lisa is also an attorney, I knew things would be handled correctly, which is so important. Within 45 days the home sold for the price range we discussed. I highly recommend Lisa O’Neal for any real estate transaction.
Description of Work: When I decided to sell my home, I asked friends if they knew of a realtor they would recommend. I received Lisa O’Neal’s name from 2 different friends of mine. I interviewed another realtor before speaking to Lisa. After interviewing both I realized there was a vast difference in realtors. Lisa suggested a price range which was higher than the other realtor. Also Lisa showed my home by appointment only, which made me confident that she would know who was coming and going in my home.
