The case is sold at Verizon Wireless stores, it states it is waterproof. It is not. The phone was ruined during the test. However neither the manufacturer nor Verizon would take responsibility.
Description of Work: A family member purchased one of their cases. It is supposed to be waterproof.

+ -1 moreHuge waste of time. Don't buy a Lifeproof case. .
Description of Work: Lifeproof offers an Apple Iphone waterproof case and insurance coverage. However the website to register, which is required, is horrible. It is impossible to navigate and requires to much information. Lifeproof makes is so hard to register for the warranty, it implies no faith in the product. So basically the product warranty, ie replacement of my Iphone is damaged, is a joke.
