I made an appt for an estimate and the salesperson was extremely aggressive and agitated because I wouldn't sign a commitment at that first meeting. Would never use this company again.

Liberty Construction did not show up to any of ourscheduled 4 different appointments . It seems that they are so overbooked that they can't make the appointments. The first one was scheduled for 12/23/11, and Brandon had offered a 25% discount in materials for the bathroom remodel we wanted. I received a call the day before and was informed the foreman was on vacation and they hadn't realized it. They apologized and offered a 50% discount on materials. The second was for 12/30, and the foreman had called in sick. I rescheduled for 12/31, surprised that they wanted to do that day. Nobody showed up and I called them 45 minutes after the appointment time. My appointment was not even in their system. I should have stopped there. This last appointment was for this morning 1/6/12. Lucy, whom I had talked to several times, called half an hour before the appointment to say they were overbooked. I am uncertain why the appointments were made if they are so busy with clients. I would have been spending my time looking for a company that actually is professional enough to show up to an appointment, let alone four appointments.
