As an award winning and accredited Master of fine European Floral & Holiday Design, Michael's transition into designing luxury interiors and romantic gardens has been nothing but graceful ~ Her eye for blissful colors and neutral pallets accompanied by blending the old with the new to create timeless, innovative lush spaces is remarkable. Michael specializes in what she exuberantly calls    "European Coastal" which allows for her to travel and acquire unique Spanish Colonial and Italian & French Country artifacts, accoutrements, textiles, antiques and salvaged architectural elements to skillfully refurbish to individualize her designs.... additionally this makes Michael well sought after for her  one-of-a-kind creations.   Michael's work has been featured on television programs such as HGTV as well as having editorial features in many National magazines and book publications. Michael is in the process of writing a book on Christmas decorating and is also designing custom furniture and accessories for the home and garden.   Leanne Michael resides along the coast of California, with her two dogs Harley & Tallulah by her side, designing well appointed luxury homes, gardens and events ~

She has $ 13,000.00 of my money and I have a gutted bathroom, a buffet and a slab of marble. Our budget was $25,000.00...she had $13,000.00 and demanded another $10,000.00 or she would leave. And, she did just that....
Description of Work: Worked four days...then left the job. She demanded to be paid in full after four days.

This is a case of a client committing to a modest $25,000 home renovation project which included but was not limited to a complete bathroom remodel, new paint for the entire home interior and a new selection of living room furnishings which apparently she really could not afford. Unfortunately, it became apparent early on in our demo and purchasing process that this client was unable to honor her contractual commitment when weekly purchasing dollars and labor payment requests were ignored. Therefore, my team of professional contractors and I collectively chose to "suspend" the project due to lack of communication and payment. [member name removed] was not happy with this decision and decided to go on a defamation of character, slander and libel rampage against me, as the designer instead of amicably trying to restore the project honoring the terms of our contract and resume the schedule of payments. I can assure anyone whom may be reading this review that this project would have been beautifully completed had the terms of the agreement not been breached ~ L e a n n e M i c h a e l L U X E Lifestyle Design Awarded Best of Houzz 2014 for Customer Satisfaction
