Provider performed the work expected which was to trim and remove the grass. I did not have to be onsite for the provider to proceed with the work. Service is currently limited to trimming, but would like to see the extraction of the weeds in the cracks of the concrete.

Description of Work: Our yard was severely overgrown following what I might describe as a "healthy winter" in San Diego County. I expected that I'd be charged extra given this fact, AND the fact that I'd never had this Lawn Technician visit our property before, AND the fact that Lawn Love said clearly that if the job was bigger than anticipated upon arrival they might requote me. I was ready to pay twice the originally quoted price of $50, if not more. I was surprised to NOT get a call from the Lawn Technician and/or Lawn Love providing me with a revised quote based on the condition of the yard. They did FAR more work than $50 would reasonably cover, further solidifying my belief that they truly stand behind their customers and their work. I've had them perform services a few times now in the span of about 9 months and I am STILL waiting to have a bad experience. I'm starting to think it'll never happen, and this is coming from a guy who is fairly critical of service/support organizations due to the fact that I am professionally aligned with one. Giving Lawn Love a try may very well be the best decision you make with respect to lawn care. If I ever have a bad or marginal experience I'll be sure to update this review, but until then, PLEASE sustain this business with YOUR business so that they can continue to provide high quality service to San Diego County!

Although I did not see the workers once, I believe it went really well. There were three appts., and in all cases, my yard was cleared, cleaned and accessible. Extremely easy to schedule and plan to use them again.

Description of Work: I haven't had the 3rd lawn care service I paid for yet...but there were issues. I asked for debris from pruning to be put in green recycle bin (talked with company and worker in the phone) and twice this hasn't happened. Leaves weren't raked or pine needles blown off driveway; so service was minimal. People are responsive and great when you call but work was lacking. Not sure if I'll continue past the 3 I paid for unless improvement next time. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.

First of all they worked so hard it took approximately 1 hour to do it. They seemed a little inexperienced of lawn work usually takes a little less time. We are on a slope and it now looks like an egg nothing left in that area. All the dirt and grass was put in the trash cans and now they are too heavy to have the truck pick up the trash. I have taken half of the items out of one of the trash cans and it is still too heavy to move to the trash cans. I understand that they probably did not know not to put everything in the trash cans. I have called twice to have them take care of the issue and they have not addressed it at this time and has been over a week.

We've used them for about 6 months. They always check in every week confirming service - they are very responsive to any additional services requested. They mow the lawn, trim, trim hedges, etc. They have removed rocks, have trimmed trees, removed debris, done basic sprinkler repair - they are very flexible and willing. They stay on top of their workers - if there is a problem of any kind they deal with it.
