Larry Hudson Plumbing did a very professional job. They described the necessary work thoroughly, pulled all the permits, and removed all the old piping. The new installation seemed of very high quality, and the plumbers seemed really knowledgeable. The job was expensive, but their quote was much more reasonable than another plumber's.

Jason could have sold us a new water heater ($1000 +/-) but is an honest guy and charged us only for the service we needed: tightening the ball valve. We will definitely hire his company again.

Excellent service and response time.

Communication was by cell phone. It required two visits including having a leak locator detect the exact spot of the leak. Jason was pleasant, helpful, and reliable. Price was significant, but probably appropriate for amount of work.

I have to say I was shocked at the price to do a simple repair that took less than 10 minutes. I could have replaced the faucet for that amount. The price was actually $159 but since they gave me a 15% discount it ''only'' cost $134. After they left not only was the faucet still leaking, but there was a new leak from under the other handle. They came back a few days later and did the repair but I still have to really crank the handle to get it completely off. He said that was normal. The guys who came were very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable but I certainly wouldn't recommend them based on that.

On time; explained procedure, & offered to discount current payment if drip didn't stop, indicating more extensive work was necessary.

Jason was very courteous and appears to be very knowledgeable. They insist on doing the highest quality of work and using the highest quality parts. Very pleasant to work with.

THEY CALLED BACK WITHIN ABOUT 2 HOURS ON A SATURDAY. THEY WERE HERE EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CONNECTION UNDER OUR SINK AND THEY GOT BACK OUT HERE WITHIN 20 MINUTES. THEY SEEM TO BE VERY HONEST AND WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED.

Plumbers were punctual (in fact a few minutes early). Very fast, very pleasant. I would call them again.

VERY, VERY PLEASANT. JASON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. TO TOP IT OFF, HE WAS FAST, AND CLEAN!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME, AND DID THE WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY ALSO CAME BACK AT NO CHARGE TO REPAIR ANOTHER MINOR PROBLEM NOT IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT. THEY CHARGED A FAIR PRICE FOR THE WORK, AND MATERIALS.

THEY ONLY DID THE MAIN CLEAN OUT OF OUR DRAINS, AND TOILETS. THEY WERE TO COME BACK, BUT WE DECIDED AGAINST IT. THEY SUGGESTED THAT THE TOILET BE AUGERED. I WENT AGAINST THIS, AND DECIDED TO DO NOTHING ELSE.

JASON WAS PROMPT, PLEASANT AND QUICK. HE GOT EVERYTHING WORKING WELL AGAIN AND THEN SHOWED ME HOW TO REMOVE THE BATHROOM SINK STOPPER THING SO I COULD CLEAN HAIR AND GUNK OUT OF IT MYSELF. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THIS WAS A VERY DIFFICULT JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND HONEST. THEY HAD TO CALL A LEAK SPECIALIST TO FIND THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE A REALLY GOOD COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

LARRY THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.

BOTH THE BOSS (LARRY HUDSON) AND HIS FOREMEN WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY INSIST ON DOING HIGH QUALITY WORK, UP TO CODE. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR VARIOUS JOBS SINCE 1987, INCLUDING BOTH PLUMBING AND HEATING AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO GET STARTED ON THE FIRST STAGE OF THE WORK, BUT ONCE STARTED WORK WENT QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY.
