Came right on time. Very friendly. Called when he was on his way. Gave me several options right upfront. I chose the most expensive option, which was really for the best, as the pipes were truly clogged all the way through. I felt like I got a good deal as they worked so hard to thoroughly clean the pipe.

Prompt, friendly, high quality of work. At first he thought code wouldn't let him replace water heater with same size, but he double checked and discovered it was possible.

Jason and his assistant were not only on time, but early. They called first. We had been given a bid in excess of $4000 to clean our drain to the street. That company planned to jack-hammer 20 feet of our patio to do this. Jason did the work in an hour and a half with an auger. They were pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend them in every area.

This is such a great company. Larry and Jason are not only competent, they're honest and reliable and go out of their way to help their customers. I'd used them earlier in the week for a couple minor drain/running toilet problems and they showed up on time, performed the work quickly, and for a reasonable price. But when the water heater began leaking all over the place on Friday, I called again and Larry came right out. He went out of his way to see if it was still under warranty, track down another one, and get it installed so we wouldn't have to go without hot water for even another day. The original company that had installed it, KMP, said they didn't have an opening to come and replace it until after the weekend -- THREE DAYS without hot water! Thank you Larry and Jason!!

Larry was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied.

Jason Watson and his "helper", Larry, were a pleasure to deal with. Larry is a native San Diego senior citizen [as I am] plumber who helped Larry and we swapped tales of the good old days. I intend to use them for our future plumbing needs. Jason asked how I had found his company [Angie's List], and he told me that his business has significantly improved as the number of ratings for his business have increased. He also said that he uses Angie's List as a customer to find tradespeople to work for him.

The contractor set themselves a tight appointment window, 12-2 PM, but it was 3 before they showed. That wasn't really a problem, but it was the only thing they did that didn't exceed my expectations. Great job. Thanks, Larry Hudson Plumbing; and thanks to Angie's List for pointing me to them.

This was a job that just kept growing and I was glad to have hired Hudson Plumbing. When we removed the tub to repair the leak, we discovered that I had dry-rot under the tub from undisclosed leaks from the previous owner of my home. To repair the damage (you could see daylight under the tub and toilet), I had to have the entire floor replaced and all the tilework. Jason was professional and his sub-contractors equally so. They did a great job which included patching my dining room ceiling (where the tub had leaked through)and I have hired Hudson Plumbing to replace the toilets in 2 of my other bathrooms.

Best experience I ever had with a plumber. I called on a Saturday, within one half hour they called back, made an appointment for Monday, arrived precisely at the scheduled time. They discovered I did not need the work, (the blockage had resolved itself), answered unrelated questions about other plumbing issues, found that other drains did not need cleaning. I was not charged a penny for their prompt, professional, and friendly consultation. I will most certainly call them again for any future plumbing needs.

They are very reliable and knowledgeable.

Larry Hudson came to the home twice to resolve a flow problem with an In-sink-erator hot and cold water dispenser (which have been known to cause problems). Final resolution was to recommend replacement of clogged aerator. I was not charged for either visit, even though it took up time. Over-all, they were very responsive, professional, and fair.

I made an appointment 5 days in advance and arranged for an 8:15 am arrival. When they didn't show by 9:00, I called & was told they got a late start. They arrived around 9:30. Both Larry & Jason were personable, knowledgeable & patient explaining my options. I decided to replace the faulty valve with one of higher quality, even though the handle of the one they had available didn't match those on the other bathroom fixtures. At my request, they provided a handle closer in style to those in the rest of the bathroom, but it's not an exact fit on the valve stem, so it's a bit loose. They had to cut through the drywall on opposite side of shower stall to access valve. (They don't do drywall repair). They cleaned up well, and honored the Angie's List coupon. They work on a fixed price system. I felt cost was reasonable. Overall satisfied, but would have been nice if they had called to notify me they would be late. I would use them again.

Jason was very helpful. He came on time (even called beforehand to make sure someone was home) and performed the work in a short time. He answered our questions and was very helpful. We were very happy with the work done.

Monday morning at 8:00am Larry was at my door. He checked the faucets only to find out that the connections were reversed on the pipes themselves. (We have lived in this house for 40 years and never knew there was a problem.) He reversed the hoses; checked the work on the toilet that they did on Thursday, and DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was here about 45 minutes. I have never had that experience before. There has always been a portal-portal charge. This firm is great! Larry was polite; humorous; and said that they should have checked the water before leaving. Could it be that we found a honest company?

My overall experience was excellent. Both Larry and Jason are born comedians, and feed off each other. It was a pleasure to have them work in the house. (Plus, they played with my dog, which to me is a plus!) They were on time; clean; professional and knew their business. After quoting me a price on the faucet, Jason went out to check on it and told me he was wrong - it was actually lower than quoted. He could have kept the higher price so honesty is a selling factor for me. They also gave me a 15% discount as a first time customer. Next time there is a senior citizen discount.

I originally called and set up an appointment to have someone come take a look at a bathroom faucet that wasn't working. The faucet had been recently installed by a contractor,, who I suspected had made a mistake, so I wanted a plumber to fix it. Jason Watson called to ask a couple of questions about the faucet. When we started talking about it, he said that he was almost positive he could make the diagnosis over the phone. He said he could come out and take care of it, but I should save the $$ and have the contractor take care of it at his expense since it was most likely his mistake. He even said that my contractor could call him with questions if he wanted to at no charge. I felt that Jason went above and beyond to help me out. He could have easily come to my home and charged me to fix the problem. However, thanks to his advice, the repair is now costing me nothing. I will definitely call him next time I need a plumber. Thank you!

This plumber gave me a two-hour appointment window. About one hour in, I called to confirm my appointment, and the receptionist told me the plumber had gotten ''held up'' at a job and asked if he could come the next day. I told her this wasn't possible since, I had to give my neighbors advance notice of the water shutoff. She said okay. I waited another hour and a half and called again. A different receptionist now said there was ''no way'' they could get out to my house that day, because someone had called in sick. I scheduled a new appointment for later in the week. A few hours later, the plumber left a message saying that he would be out of town and couldn't come then either. He stated that I should find a different plumber. Since this was now after 5pm, it was too late to call anyone else that day. All of the individuals I spoke to were courteous, but they appear to have some internal communication problems, that caused me a lot of frustration and wasted time.

Great communication! Jason called before leaving the office and after all repairs were completed. All repair work done neatly (heck, I think the bathroom might be cleaner after they left!) New faucet works great. No leaks! Nobody likes paying for things to be fixed, but they did a great job and would hire again (hopefully not ;-) but such is life with an old house...)

He had a great personality. He was very personable and easy to deal with. He was quick about the job, and cleaned up very well. Everything turned out great!

Everyone at the company was so nice and efficient. They had to come to our house several times and were always on time and unfailingly polite and in a good mood. These are first class people.

Larry's came out the same day I called within a couple of hours and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Very, very friendly and personable. Fast and efficient service, and the toilet works great now. Much better then struggling with a plunger every time. I even asked his opinion on another leaky shower head. Trustworthy and highly recommended.

The plumber was on time, very friendly, & did very professional work. I would definitely hire them again.
