My experience went very well. The staff was very professional, well informed about the product and installation. They were also very punctual and I would highly recommend this company to others.

Since we have no air conditioning, we decided to get a ceiling fan for our guest room and our master bedroom. We had a style selected, but didn't have the information with us when we stopped by LampsPlus. Tim helped us locate the model number and ordered the fixtures and remotes. There was a floor model that we could see and test. Tim also informed us that their installers are qualified electricians who can install fixtures where there is no existing wiring. Since we were buying 2 fans, he asked the installation people if we could have a reduced rate. It saved us $40.00. Shipping was free and the installation appointment was in plenty of time before our out-of-town guests were due to arrive. The installers arrived promptly. They were professional and experienced. We were having a wall bed installed in one of the rooms the next day and the lighting installer talked on the phone with the wall bed installer to make sure there would be clearance for the bed when it was being lowered and raised. The job was performed skillfully and quickly and I was shown how to use the wall and remote controllers. They cleaned up after themselves completely.

Great customer services and excellent installation. Installation was about 50% of the other 2 quotes and better than I expected.

Had a bad experience with this company in all respects. Was impressed with store inventory and sales staff; however, this company was not capable of delivering quality products or economical services. The store did not have my desired items in stock and was forced to special-order them. Took over three weeks to receive special-order. Then, I went to the store to pick up items and the store staff was unable to find my lamps in the back room ($750 worth of merchandise) for 45 minutes. Installation services were overpriced, having charged me nearly $400 for about one hour's work by two electricians. I used their installation services only because I have 18-foot ceilings in my house and could not find a regular electrician willing to climb so high. Quality of products is questionable. I returned two table lamps due to defects, before getting a workable product. Would not recommend Lamps Plus, notwithstanding the large retail footprint of this store in the San Diego area.

LAMPS PLUS REALLY HELPED ME WHEN I WENT IN TO PURCHASE MY CEILING FAN. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND TREATED ME, THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT. I AM GOING TO TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS ABOUT THE SERVICE AT LAMPS PLUS.

LAMPS PLUS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE CEILING FAN AREA. THEY HELPED ME PICK OUT THE FANS THAT I NEEDED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO INSTALL THEM. THEY WERE PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL THEM.
