L & L did a great job with my washing machine repair. With a large and active family a broken washing machine is a huge problem. The repairman, Lance, responded immediately and the repair was completed within 24 hours. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to two other quotes I received. You can't beat that kind of service. I've had no problems since the repair was made. I've used L & L many times in the past for refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and other appliance repairs. Service has always been consistent, punctual, responsive, and reasonably priced which is why I always recommend them to friends and family.

It went great. Not only was it quick, but done right. He also cleaned out the motor and fan unit making it look like new. Very responsive and seemed to care. Prices were good too. I will use his services from now on.

Lance is amazing! I own a real estate brokerage and so get calls from clients all the time looking for appliance repairs and without hesitation L and L is the name I provide. In this case we had an issue with our fridge. I couldn't be home so left him with a description of the problem and a key under the mat. Turned out a connection in the water dispensing system had broken so every time we used the water dispenser water would seep out from beneath the fridge. He was able to track down the parts and repair the fridge same day we called him! Always a great attitude, and always happily surprised at the rates for top quality work. A+++++!

Technician's name was Lance. He was very professional, including showing up on time! He took care in moving my dryer around and even cleaned up my dirty floor. Would call again.

Lance came out on a Saturday morning even though he had personal plans and didn't charge extra for a weekend call. He was super friendly and knowledgable and took care of the problem same day.

He had it back up and running in less than an hour. Way better than getting a new one!

They are great. The owner, Lance, does all the work and he is a real expert. Over the past decade, he has repaired our built-in microwave oven, our built-in stove, our washer and our dryer. He has saved us thousands of dollars by repairing appliances that we would otherwise have had to replace with new ones. He's great, and he's very trustworthy. He is respectful and careful and keeps his promises.
