+ -1 moreLisa was our sales associate and she did a great job educating me and helping me to choose the best mix of appliances to meet our needs. I really felt like she was trying to find the best for our needs, not just to rush me or to get the most money out of me. In the end, Lisa educated me on a number of options and features I knew nothing of and we are really happy with our new appliances. I shopped price at several other places and Lisa responded to make Kiva's overall package be competitive. Lisa coordinated the delivery nicely to fit into our remodel schedule. Store is nice with a good selection. I would highly recommend this store.

+ -1 moreKathie gave us great service, and worked with us on slipping delivery schedule because we weren't ready when we thought we'd be. All appliances were delivered in perfect condition and delivery was well coordinated.
Description of Work: Purchased all kitchen appliances (except refrigerator) from Kiva for our new kitchen remodel. We checked Standards of Excellence, Lowe's, Best Buy and a few other appliance dealers to assess what was out there, whether we wanted to go high-end, and of the high-end manufacturers, which had the best reliability. We got quotes from all sources. Kiva offered us the best pricing for Dacor, Miele, Zephyr, Franke sinks, and Grohe faucets.
