Description of Work: We did meet with Sergie and Andrew at their facility, and they did a very good job rendering our kitchen layout. They were patient and professional as we tweaked and edited the view to more closely match our vision, and generously provided copies of the rendering and the files for us to use at home. | |The primary reason we will likely not use this company is their delayed responsiveness. They didn't provide services in the time frame they estimated, and didn't call to let us know they needed more time. They seemed disorganized after our first meeting when they didn't recall that they took pictures of our space and had the information they asked us for a second time.

Description of Work: KBE did a complete update of our kitchen - design, cabinets, and installation. The KBE designer provided excellent guidance and gave us several "never thought of that" ideas. Our kitchen was small - and they helped us reimagine the space to make it much more functional. While we had a "small" project, we never felt like a "small" client - at every juncture, we felt like we were their only client. | |Once the project started, that's where we were really blown away. The team was AMAZING from demolition, delivery, installation, and finishing touches. Every single person working on our project was professional, warm, caring, and just awesome to work with. Every detail was handled meticulously, all areas were kept clean, and they worked well with the other contractors handling tile & counter. | |The project came in on schedule, on budget, and the results were above expectations. Everyone who has seen our new kitchen has been amazed, and I've already referred several folks to KBE.

+ -1 moreThe work turned out very well. The work was so good the first time, that is why we used them the second time for the kitchen. They had a very talented team. The designer was particularly good and worked with us to pick out what exactly we wanted. He measured everything precisely and ordered everything from Canada. The craftsman, Conrad, was very good as well. The owner himself was very involved and out at the work site almost every day. They had everything done within the time that they said it would be done. We were very happy with the work and the results. There are alot of diferrent innovative things that they had done that people are very impressed with when they see the work.
Description of Work: They remodeled our master bath three years ago and remodeled our kitchen two years ago.

+ -1 moreMy expectations weren’t quite met with them. The people I worked with were helpful, polite, and courteous. We had an issue with one of the cabinets that we had to reship. It was my first time remodeling my kitchen, so maybe it being my first time or maybe a lack of information from them, I wasn’t completely satisfied.
Description of Work: They did a complete remodel for my kitchen. They replaced sinks, cabinets, and countertops.

+ -1 moreThey are a very expensive company and they employ young kids who aren't specialized in any of the area's, they just do everything. The salesman and cabinet installers were very professional and personable. I had to wait a month and a half for them to finish the kitchen and I am still not happy with the work.
Description of Work: I had them come out to do a full remodel on my kitchen.

+ -1 moreDick Drewry the owner was always available if needed and checked into the job site on a daily basis. They cleaned up very well each day before packing up and going home. Every employee and sub contractor that I dealt with was very professional and a true gentlemen.
Description of Work: I hired Kitchen and Bath Experts to remodel a bathroom and power room and I was so impressed that I later hired them to remodel my kitchen.
