Great experience with the crew at King Remodeling .. the full kitchen remodel was beyond my expectations. Their showroom is excellent and allowed me to see , touch and choose my cabinets, counters, tile flooring ect. The Craftsmen who did the job were courteous, clean and did beautiful work ... Big shout out to Eyal and Luis who took care of all my wants and needs ... very happy and will do business with them again !

The most talented and efficient construction machine that ever lived. The owner is passionate and wants you to love your new kitchen or bath as much as he does. Well worth the time/money to work with this guy and his staff. Respectful to your needs, precise, clean and can see the next step before you do. A pleasure every step of the way. Ilan is a well oiled machine, this guy is incredible. There is a lot to say here so I am trying to keep it concise and clean (like Ilan runs his business). A couple of things that really stuck out to me: He gave us what he would recommend, and we of course went around and "price checked" (wrongfully) assuming that he was wanting us to go with his vendors for kickbacks. The opposite was true, what he recommended was the best, and he got us the best deal for the best. The vendors we went to (flooring, appliances) all knew of Ilan and all wanted his business and strived to have it, that being said multiple said that he was "someone who demanded excellence" from them. The guy is incredibly respected across the boards, which waterfalls into his team. His team was incredible. They were respectful of literally everything, us, our dogs, our space, our privacy. They swept every day when they left and welcomed us every morning with a big smile and hard hard work. That was huge and unexpected for us. We got electric, flooring, walls, insultation, appliances, and plumbing all done with King Remodeling. They checked in DAILY to ensure everything is where we wanted it to be. I am incredibly impressed with these guys, especially at the height of when they are needed, they acted like we were literally their only client through and through.

We used King Remodeling for the upgrade of our master bathroom. We gutted the bathroom, and removed the bathtub and expanded the size of the shower. King Remodeling was great to work with. We were told what to expect, what we had to do, and the expected duration of our project. Everything went according to plan and our bathroom turned out great! Leanne, the office manager, was a joy to work with. Every one of the construction workers showed up when they said they would, were nice, cleaned up at the end of the day. We have recommended King Remodeling to two friends who are considering getting some remodeling done, and would not do that if we didn't have the highest regard for King Remodeling.

Working with King Remodeling was a bit of a rollercoaster ride in the beginning. The Owner of the company Ilan is a very passionate person, who gets very emotional about his customers and wants to make certain that we (the customer) is sure about our product choices before the project begins. Once we got through that (picking out product), our master bathroom project went extremely smooth, and turned out fantastic! It's absolutely stunning and we are so pleased! King Remodeling operates like a one stop shop. They have a great relationship with vendors making it easy to choose products, i.e tile, fixtures, etc. LeAnne, the office manager is on top of every detail. She is very responsive and amazing to work with! I can't say enough about the crew who were all so professional and paid close attention to detail. Junior and the plumbing crew and Julio the tile guy, and his assistant were amazing! Julio, in particular worked long hours until the tile job was done to his satisfaction. Fantastic! Needed whole house remodeled in 2 months. King delivered! Ilan has many crews and connections. Color choices and materials were modern and perfect. Remodeling included kitchen all bathrooms, all bedrooms. Painted interior and exterior. New luxury vinyl floors throughout house. New garage door and new roof. Everything was per contract and no delays. My best experience with a contractor ever and I highly recommend King.

Ilan and his crew will NOT disappoint. We hired King Remodel to renovate our master bath. In addition to it's update, our bathroom was also to be made fully ADA accessible; but, with a modern look, not with a clinical look. Everything turned out perfect, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with it. Leanne working the front desk, couldn't have been more accommodating, and helpful. Luis rocks also. King Remodeling is the best - best quality and best to work with! Ilan and every member of his crew are not only very skilled and professional, but polite, personable and responsive to any question I might have. And they are fastidious about cleaning up every night, which I appreciate, as well as kind to my sometimes overly friendly dog. I had a vision of what I wanted, which involved removal of a closet. Several companies I met with started their conversation with reasons why complete removal might not be possible and that, if load bearing, there could be significant cost above the quote provided. In contrast, in my first meeting with Ilan, he started with an explanation of how he would solve any potential load bearing issues and provided a fixed upfront cost comparable to other “starting price” quotes I had received. Ilan’s quote also included custom cabinets, custom countertops and tile backsplash, compared to stock cabinets, pre-fab countertops and no backsplash included in other quotes. So getting exactly what I wanted AND higher quality for the same price or less? It was a no brainer. Extra bonus is that Ilan instantly became a friend, He truly cares about his clients both as clients and as individuals. Although every situation will be different (because these guys are busy!), I was fortunate enough to have design start immediately and actual construction at my house start within a few weeks after signing a contract. Even in the midst of COVID-19 supply backups, because of Ilan’s connections and guidance, my new kitchen will be completed in about a week, less than two months after entering into contract. I am so grateful and excited! Ilan offered input based on his decades of experience, helping me select design features, as well appliances and fixtures that would both fit my budget and maximize enhancement of the finished project. But he also listened to and respected my opinions and preferences, even the few times they were off sync with his. Much thought was put into a design that would work best for me, NOT what would be easiest or the most profitable for the company. As the project progressed and I thought of tweaks and/or additional work I would like (such as relaying floors I had inexpertly installed), the response was always “no problem.” I doubt very many remodels are completed without a couple of bumps in the road. Mine is no exception. But Ilan excels at problem solving and his amazing crew excels at implementing. Each issue encountered was taken in stride and resolved with grace and a smile. When prior poor workmanship and construction defects were discovered along the way, it was a given that those issues would also be remedied and upgraded to ensure a perfect end product. If you are thinking about a remodeling job, big or small, it is an understatement to say that I highly recommend King Remodeling. They are beyond fantastic!!

We researched several companies for a full kitchen remodel. We had Eran Ozeri from King Remodeling come out in 2 occasions because he seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy and experienced in the field. We certainly learned impressions are misleading. After several meetings and many times being provided an estimate of cost, we were surprised to then receive a quote over 2x the amounts discussed beforehand. We spent over $10k in upfront engineering & drawing fees....which was a complete scam as we have checked with various other companies since and have had cost quoted and paid less than $3k. A complete waste of time and money based on a very convincing salesman that "treats you like family." Not to mention the less than ethical result of him intending to refer us to a different company he was tied to as well. We are so disappointed because we spent 4 months working with this company to be left without anything and spent quite a bit of money for it. I would never recommend King Remodeling to any other friend or family and certainly will make that a point. I've been in the real estate business 15+ years and unfortunately this is the ugly side of the business with people that bait customers for a quick buck to then leave customers without any recourse.

The crews were great to work with and the owner (Ilan Benisty) was very responsive and easy to work with to achieve the end results. I would recommend King Remodeling for any job!

We bought our home in Oceanside 4 1/2 years ago primarily because we fell in love with the beautiful mature backyard. It was always our plan to remodel and we have been looking for a contractor for at least a year. We just didn't feel a match with any of the ones we met. A friend had her kitchen done and referred me to King Remodeling. I am so happy with the results! We recently remodeled our master bath, and we chose King Remodeling for our prime contractor. We never regretted the choice. At the beginning, King gave us a proposal that demonstrated they clearly understood what the job was in detail. The scope for the project was clearly defined, and the costs were very reasonable. We had five estimates for the job, and King's was the best. However, in any remodel, getting a good initial quote is probably the easy part. The hard part is how well the contractor performs, how he handles changes, and what happens when problems arise (and problems will always arise). I've done a lot of subcontracting over the years, and very often by the end of the project the customer and the contractor can't wait to be rid of each other and probably aren't even talking to each other anymore. Not so with King. King Remodeling handled all of the remodel issues spectacularly. Their team consists of a number of high quality professionals who can do the full range of tasks necessary to complete a typical remodeling project (tiling, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, granite work, carpentry, etc, etc). Almost every single day, someone was there doing something, and their project manager (Corey) was totally on top of things. He would often answer my emails within 10 minutes of my sending them (even at 11:00 at night). I also liked how they didn't "nickel-and-dime" me on small things not in the original quote. When a window latch broke, there was no attempt to shift blame. They ordered a new part and replaced it without discussion. Same thing when a tile cracked. They ordered a replacement part (drove up to L.A. to pick it up) and replaced it without discussion. I would definitely use King Remodeling again on my next project.

King Remodeling has a good process in place to make sure that work is consistently progressing each day. This cut down the time of the project. All the workers were professional and considerate of our schedules as were living in the space as the construction was going on. Should anything come up, I could always get in touch with Ilan and issues were corrected immediately. The overall result is amazing. This is a high end bathroom that I can now enjoy. Not only does it look great, having seen the skilled work that went into the project, and the quality of products used, this is a bathroom that will last my lifetime.

We are very happy with our finished project and it made a world of difference for our home! The best parts about this process: Ilan takes you shopping at HIS vendors, guiding you through choosing appliances, finishes, paint colors, counters, tile, etc. This can be overwhelming and he not only helps take the guesswork out, but stretches your dollar by passing along his contractor discount directly to you. His picks for finishes were spot on for our tastes. This also helps because everything is ordered and ready to go before they start the job reducing any delays and keeping the timeline tight. He is also very good about staying on budget - no surprises or add-ons that I'm told are almost standard in the industry. His employees are courteous, professional and keep a clean worksite - they tidied and swept up every day and we had a cleaner sent when the project was complete. The ONLY thing I would note is that work days tended to be more 9/10am-7pm than 8-5 if Ilan is not supervising daily. Overall, we would use King Remodeling for future projects and recommend them to anyone!

The remodel went according to schedule. The personnel very professional, courteous and provide high quality work. The new bathroom looks amazingly beautiful! I will recommend King's Remodeling to everyone. Great experience.
