We should have negative star for businesses like Kimble.

Requested old air conditioning system be repaired or replaced, preferably repaired. Waited a week and a half for appointment. Appointment date was a no show. When owner reached, he expressed he thought I didn't need the service any more. Week before I had mistakenly called his number yet did not cancel appointment, had only asked if they could see us sooner. On appointment day, I expressed disappointment and that we had waited some time for appointment and my tenant was there waiting for scheduled appointment. Owner abruptly cut me off and said they are too busy for my job. Refused to discuss it further. My initial contact with owner was great, had beenS very impressed and thought likely we may go with this contractor and worth waiting the time. I am disappointed with this contractor. First time I have ever had someone refuse to reschedule a missed appointment. I manage a few properties.

Our 36 year old furnace finally kicked the bucket and after 5 estimates, we decided to go with Kimble Heating and AC. He sells and installs a great brand of furnace and is local to our neighborhood. His price was definitely reasonable and he did not try and upsell us on duct repairs/replacement like the others we had spoken to. We asked for his guys to check our ducts in the attic and they did and repaired for a small cost as compared to the others who insisted on a full replacement. They showed up right on time and efficiently worked to get the new furnace installed in about 3 hours. All in all, a great experience. When it is time for us to add AC to the house, we will definitely be giving them a call!
