replacement windows
+ -1 moreKevin did a professional job and we still think of him as one of our better choices of contractor. The front re-framing job required tearing out the warped framing and re-framing a whole new window. It was done within a week with minimal fuss and muss on our part. He stayed within his initial estimate, and did the work himself. His drywall contractor did a beautiful job to finish up one of the easier jobs on our renovation.
Description of Work: Kevin did a beautiful job on a very large living room picture window. He removed the old, out of square window and framing; then reframed and re-squared a new window. His drywall contractor then finished it up. Although it was installed 7 years ago, it is still in perfect shape -- no warping or cracking. Kevin also installed a very large bedroom retro-fit window in the back of the house, which is also still in excellent square.

+ 1 moreI originally contacted Kevin to get some ballpark estimates on a complete remodel project. When I chose to act as my own general contractor, Kevin became my number one resource for questions and information. I am more than pleased with the work that was done, and give Kevin and his team my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: Kevin and his team did a significant amount of demolition; both interior and exterior. They also replaced performed new construction installation of 4 windows (see report on windows), opened a wall between the living and dining rooms, and framed a new wall in our master bathroom.

+ -1 moreWe have done business with this company for many projects as we have remodeled our home and I recommend them to every one. They are professional, always clean up and they are reliable. Whenever inevitable things come up as things often do in big projects, the owner always has solutions and is never taken off guard. They are great and have taken care of any problems we have had with subcontractors. Their work is outstanding.
Description of Work: When we wanted to install new windows in our home we knew we would be in excellent hands with Kh Builders. They removed the old windows, disposed of glass and scraped away old caulking and installed 21 new windows around the house.
