Kenny's Doors Inc

The repairman arrived on time and was very thorough with his inspection, repair and maintenance. Ended up that the alignment of the sensors was off. This is the second time I've had them over (last time a spring was loose) and I have been very satisfied each time. I would call them again and I would recommend Kenny Door's to my friends and neighbors.

I spent about $101 on that work. They were on the recommenced list and I saw good reviews from others that have used them. I had no issues with the work they did for me.

Kenny was great - he and a helper did several doors a week at the contracted price of about $450 each with the help of our handyman who kept him supplied with painted framing. He worked with us when the door price went up during our contract to keep our budget. Added openers where homeowner wanted them. I was one who didn't have one originally and I don't think he even charged $50 labor! We viewed two other condo complexes where he replaced doors, both larger than ours. Talking to a few folks who lived there we found them very satisfied. His word-of-mouth was so good, Kenny said he rarely advertised. I called them last September and was told that Kenny had left the company to move back east to care for his ailing father, who had just passed away. I don't know if he has returned since his father's passing, but I'm hoping so because I inherited a house that really needs a new garage door.

I called on Saturday and left a voice mail. Kenny returned my call promptly and came out that week to measure. I had called 2 other companies who did not return my calls at all. Kenny helped to answer my questions and narrow down the door choice. He used a local door mfg, which was a plus. I had my door installed the following Thursday, much sooner than I thought it would take. The door is beautiful. Kenny did all the work by himself. He also did some extra work in removing a couple of shelves that were in the way, and painted the jamb. Kenny did not try to sell me anything I didn't need like an opener. I called Kenny because he didn't have many reports on Angie's List. I hope that changes now because he was one of the nicest contractors I've ever had come out.

They were very informative over the phone, price and warranty information was given When they showed up, with a courtesy call to let me know they were coming, they were on time. They did exactly the work performed, were very nice and clean, and done in about forty-five minutes as he said they would be. They explained all features and warranties, and also took note of the specifications of my door as well so if I need to replace any parts, I don't need someone to come and look at it, they will know exactly what I need.
