Just Right

"Just Right" is an owner operated San Diego business that has made a consistently positive reflection on AllTech as the IT contractor for network solutions at our customer?s locations for a price I can afford. As a copier reseller I had been providing scan to file for the equipment I sold and was at the time pleased with my knowledge and pace for completing the SMB scan to folder feature. Things had been going along fine until I came across a customer who had internet provided by their Landlord. I was unable to complete this job after 3 long hours of my best efforts. Having shared this challenge with a colleague of mine I was given the contact information for John Gibson, the owner of ?Just Right?. John completed the job in less than half the time I would have completed the job in. My initial concern with hiring a contractor for IT solutions was the vagueness of the warranty coverage for work provided; unfortunately this seems to be the nature of business. After all, connecting a network device requires the use of 3rd party software which may be incompatible or outdated. This is why after considering the "Integrity" portion of our company moto, I decided to transfer my network installations over to "Just Right" to allow my customers to save on the hours charged for the network solutions they received from AllTech and they get the possible service experience.
