I emailed them on Sep-21 and has not got any response 3 weeks later.

They were great. They were very punctual and efficient. They did a good job.

JCMS Landscaping has a very wonderful and knowledgeable designer. He is very professional as well. They did a wonderful job with the designing process. I need to get back with them to get the project done.

Estimator was prompt and courteous. Crew showed up on time, performed the work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work was top notch, and the entire staff was very courteous.

The process was excellent from start to finish. The designer/project manager (Billy Kribbs) was a pleasure to work with. The guys showed up every day on time and worked hard from start to finish until the project was complete. The quality of workmanship was impeccable. Couldn't be happier with the results.

The contractor performed the work in a very professional, efficient, and cordial manner and in accordance with the provided plan. The finished frontyard is visually pleasing and we have received many commitments from our neighbors on the work. Two glitches that came up prior to completion were: flagstone steps and path were not initially set on decomposed granite as cited in plan, and existing landscape lighting was inadvertently cut and had to be repaired. After completion, we found some plants that were not planted deep enough, the thickness of cover bark was inadequate in some areas, and there was no follow-up as promised to check on health of plants and to reset irrigation system. Also, it would have been good if the contractor had suggested that we add weed control mesh under the bark and made the flagstone steps a uniform height.

They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were on time and very quick to respond to any questions we had and were very competitive, and they were willing to negotiate. One of the main reasons that my husband liked them was because of their demeanor and just the way they presented themselves.

9/01/2010: Jesse from JCMS came out on site to discuss the issues that we complained about. He was able to relay our companies needs to the employees that come out weekly. The situation overall has improved since meeting with him. He also voided on of our invoices that we had a disagreement about.

I loved these guys. From Steve who came to look over the property and give us the estimate, to Gabe who was in charge of the job, to Ben who oversaw the day to day work and was himself as hard a worker as I've ever seen, they were personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They showed up when they were supposed to, they offered suggestions for improvements, they put in hours and hours of back-breaking labor, day after day like it was nothing, and the results are just beautiful. Plus, and this is a big plus, their bid was very, very competitive. I'd use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them without hesitation.

Before I ger into the service level, I would reccomend these guys 100% for new work! These guys were onsite at 7am daily from the first day. They worked all day and were very profeesional and curteous to our neighbors and family. They kept a very clean and safe worksite. Our project took about 45 days to complete. We had a designer come out and design our landscape, JCMS did an excellent job matching the plan. This company does it all - irrigation, lighting, sod, plants/tree, pavers, and fencing. The only work JCMS contracted out was the wood fencing, everything else was done by them - this was important to me as I did not want a bunch of contractors on site doing work. As for pricing they are on the higher side, but will work with you to get you within or close to your budget. Be sure to ask for a breakdown of all items, this will help you in making adjustments to your project if you need to reduce costs. They use supieror products in intial quotes, so there is room to play if needed. As for plants you can save money by going to smaller sizes where you can. Job was completed in early January, only 3 plants of the 100+ we installed did not make it and they replaced them at no charge. JCMS wants 100% satisfaction from their customers and will honor just about any request you make. At the completetion of the job we recieved a binder with all the details used in the project. If you want they will even provide the irriagaion and lighting plan to you know where are your piping and wiring is. As for my grading...... Price = Good, only because they are on the higher side (but worth it). I had to have alot of discussion prior to the start of the job to get within our budget. Not nickle and dime stuff, just getting a grasp on the materials and labor required. Quality = Good, this is my overall rating. If I broke down each area some would get A's and some would get B's. In my opinion if there is one area that is not an A the rating is a B. I am a very attention to detail person and the slightest thing attracts my attention. Professionalism = Good, when working with a dozen or so people on site there is going to be some varying of styles. These guys are professional, however in some areas they seemed to a little to laid back. But they were ALWAYS respectful and wanted to please their customer. Now as I said I would reccomend them for new install 100%, however we tried using their maintenance service --- a big thumbs down! I would never chose these guys for maintenance - there attention to detail, clean-up, etc for lazy.....

I think they’re very good. Pricey, but they always show up on time and are very professional. I don't have an actual lawn, just plantings so primarily they have to maintain that and weed.

My experience with them was very good. They gave me a pretty good quote, but I chose another company because I felt better with my interactions with them. However, JCMS Landscaping was professional. They were on time as well and I might use their services again.

They took about a day and a half to remove the existing plants. Next they changed out the sprinkler system and replaced it with a low flow drip system. They planted yesterday (3/15/07). They cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. The project manager, Gabe, even came out and cleaned up the street from foot prints and tire tracks, without my asking but did it as part of his job. My whole experience with JCMS has been very professional and exemplary. I have dealt with my share of Landscapers in the past and am lucky to have found JCMS.

GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH THEY REALLY KNEW THEIR JOB. DID JOB IN THE TIME THEY SAID. LEFT THE WORK AREA IN A VERY CLEAN CONDITION. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
