We've been happy with their service and I would definitely recommend them. The techs are courteous and professional.

It has been good. I need them to come inside but I'm not home most of the time when they come so that's my only problem. They do whatever I ask them to do and they do a great job. I pay them quarterly. They know ahead of time what my issues are and they always ask if I have additional issues when they call me ahead of time. They follow up with me afterwards. They really check to see what my current needs are and that is what they address. If it doesn't work, they will come back at no additional cost. I haven't checked for alternative pricing recently. I will absolutely continue to use them.

So far, so good. They are just on time and they called before they come. They helped me. I guess it’s about average. I notice that one came around, it was $10 cheaper but I didn’t go with them because you have to put money down, a bigger deposit.

They did a great job. They had to come back to deal with an ant problem but it was my neighbor's issue. I spoke with my neighbor and said ants were coming from their house to my house. I recommended Joshua's Pest Control because they are the best. I told them that they have kept them out of my house for 1 1/2 years and it was an option for them. They are reliable and if they say they are going to do something, they do it. Only on two occasions have I had to call them to come in separate than my normal maintenance. For my normal maintenance, they come in twice a year and spray around the house. They have absolutely no issues with my dogs being in the back yard. They have pet friendly technicians. They make sure that the ants and spiders are completely off my house including the roof beams. They even do the underpart of the roof area to make sure that the cobwebs and spiders are not nesting anywhere near the top of the house. After my normal service if I see any activity they will gladly come out and they come out really quick, anywhere from 48 to 72 hours. They have done a wonderful job and I am really impressed not only with their service but with their technicians as well. I will definitely continue to use them.

Our experience with them has been good. They have been regularly attending to our house. They have been responsive when we have had any kind of pest identified and we have been happy with their service. I think that we pay them $99 a month but I do not know and it is on a rotating basis. I specifically told them the last time that we had some aphids on the plants and one of them should address that and I think that they did because they called the day before to say that they were coming. I was not home when they came but it seems like the aphids are less now. There are not as many aphids now so it seems that they did okay. I do not know how to compare their price because we just have them. We have had them for a long time and we have not done any comparing. The quality of their work is fine. We do not really need them to be punctual but they would come on the day that they should come so I guess that that counts.

They've been very good. They're very conscientious about not letting the dog run out when they open the gate and they make sure that the dog is inside. I think they do a good job. Sometimes they forget to bait the rat traps that they put out and I have to remind them about that. Their price is about the same as the other providers' prices.

They've come out a couple of times and we've been very pleased on the first and second time but not totally on the third time. We got a new kid out and I thought he was doing okay. I haven't seen the previous guys and apparently this time, it didn't work. The guy showed up ten minutes earlier.

Joshua's is good. I am continuing to use them. They have good customer service.

They were fine. They're nice. They give phone calls before they come. They're very accommodating. It seems to work. They'll come out if you see anything in between services. I'm stopping service with them in August. I'm hoping that we don't need their services anymore. It is costly. It's $99 each service.

It was actually pretty good. They will come back if I need something else done. They have been very good. They are pretty responsive. Their price compares the same to somebody else we had before. Their price is in the middle. If I'm not pleased, they come back. They come when I am not here but they let me know when they are coming.

I have been using Joshua's Pest Control for roughly a year. I don't remember exactly how much the price is. He did such a good job and it is worth it. The responsiveness is probably one of my favorite things with them. If you call them anytime between scheduled services, they will come out. Their customer service is fantastic, top notch. The professionalism is excellent.

They are fabulous. They are always courteous and they come dressed professionally. They take care of everything I need. I'm on a service contract so they come periodically.

It has been a very positive experience. They're very pleasant over the phone and consistent in their service. The technicians who come to the house are always neat and clean in uniform; they identify themselves and they're very professional.

They call before they come. They are all English speaking so they don't have any Latinos coming across the border to do the work; it is all people that I can converse with. They do whatever I want them to do. They put bait boxes out because we have a problem with Norwegian roof rats in the area so they have kept that down. They got the ants out from around the pool area so we are pretty happy with Joshua's. We pay $90 a year. They are always here when they say.

They are very good. I've had them for close to 3 years. All their staff is very courteous and prompt. Their service is very good. They do unlimited and warranty services between the quarterly visits. They never get upset if I call too many times, which I like. I pay $99 quarterly. They are a little bit on the expensive side.

I have been using Joshua's Pest control since 2009 for monthly pest control service. Recently the service quality has decreased. I have had a terrible problem with snails. The technicians seem to have missed the fact that my plants were being eaten up by snails.

We love them. We started using them about a year ago. I pay them quarterly at around $90. We actually used them in our last house as well. We've been using them for more than a year. They're very professional. They're true to their word. We used to have a different company and they've always promised that they would come out if we had pest in between service and they never did but Joshua does. They come on the day that they say.

They are easy to work with and they do a good job. If you sign out for yearly contract they will come out quarterly but if you have issues with your insects you can just call them anytime and they will treat it without any charge.

They're a wonderful company. It's really good quality. Customer service is excellent. All the inspectors know what they're doing. They're just very knowledgeable and friendly. I really didn't compare them price-wise with anybody else so I'm not sure how they compare with other people but I guess it's fine.

They've been fantastic and incredibly flexible. They've been really good at keeping the bugs away. I haven't had any bad experience. They have a thing where if anything shows up in between treatments, that they come right out and they've done that for me so they've been great. I think the price was great.

It was excellent. We have a yearly quarterly thing with them. They are wonderful. If they do something and there's a problem, they will come back and do an area if something shows up. We can always count on them.

I absolutely love them. If anyone needs maintenance pest control Joshua's is the one to go with. They came on time. I had requested that they come for an afternoon appointment and they gave me a half hour notice that they were coming. The technician told me I had ants coming into the house and he sprayed around the house. I have not had a problem with ants since. I have problems with gnats, and he sprayed around the windows. He told me to put sand around the plants and the gnats will go away and the spiders. I did it and they have left. I liked those suggestions. He is personable, friendly and efficient. If I call about an ant or spider problem before, our scheduled visit, he comes out and takes care of the problem without charging me. They are reasonably priced and I have them on auto pay. We always budget for them. They are the best and I have a maintenance program with them.

It worked out really well and they did a professional job. They were quite pleasant and professional. We have a contract with them so there was no charge for their last visit. This is the first I ever knew that had women as pest control technicians. They do a good job and are fairly cheap, relatively speaking.
