Service Techs are well trained and very personable. |Termite inspections are a separate arrangement but service has been outstanding when their inspections and treatments were required. Technicians in this area were also very well trained and very efficient and very detailed. Intend to keep up with the service based upon their efficiency.

Description of Work: I get pest control service every 3 months. I started with the company about a year ago. The house I rented had a serious ant problem. After the first visit no more ants! Have not had problems since.

Description of Work: I would like to mention at this time that I have used Joshua's Pest Control and signed up for the year. Each and every one of their employees-from the telephone gals to the guys that come out to spray, de-web etc. are so helpful, willing and above all very, very well mannered. What a great attitude they all have. It is a superb company! Would highly recommend with an A+++++++++++++++.

Description of Work: Just called them up to ask for service (wasp nest removal). Unfortunately they don't perform that job, but I just had to wright a review. The lady that answered the phone was extremely helpful (referring me to a company that does do that type of job) and curtious. It's so refreshing to call up a company and have courteous happy people answer! Thank you!

Description of Work: started with them a couple years ago after a knock on the door. I've had 3 other pest control companies that I liked or awhile it would change, so I switched. It's 99.00 automatically charged every 3 months they come out, more if you call and need service before. That is my one complained. I usually need service before the 3 months but with the business of a family forget to call when I really need more service. If and when I do call they arrange a time. I wish they came every 2 months. They bait for rats, ants, snails, wipe down cobwebs..no complaints.
