Description of Work: I have had Joshua's Pest for several years and they have proven to be very reliable. They call to schedule for a convenient date; they arrive when expected and inform me of their findings regarding pest treatment or our yard. They are also on call in-between regular visits should I request their service at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Joshua Pest Control responded to my request of ants literally invading my home in my two story home. I bought a coupon that afforded me to have services that covered the inside and outside of my house and property. Within a month the ants were gone. After that, I purchased an annual plan that each quarter of treatment for ants and bugs, and any other instances of insects that may be in my house, as well. I have applied for this service since working with Joshua Pest Control for about a year, and the service is just what I needed.

Description of Work: They sprayed ant bait, put rat boxes & cleaned spider webs. This helped take care of those problems.

Description of Work: Routine inspection and treating. Called prior to arriving. Very punctual and completed their work in a timely manner. |No complaints with the service. We have had special calls and requests from time to time and have never been disappointed. The Techs they send out are very efficient and knowledgeable. Any questions you have are answered and explained to your satisfaction. Have used this service for several years now and have no intention of changing. We have a good partnership going. I would definitely recommend their services to new clients.

Description of Work: It went pretty well but we liked the taaex system better that is serviced by our current provider. Last summer we had an ant invasion plus more spiders than usual that the regular service did not prevent. With the taaex system it drops off pretty noticeably. The service was good but Joshua's does not service the taaex system that we like to prevent insects from coming in the house.

Description of Work: Came out an extra time |To spray for spiders inside and again outside. I had never had them treat inside. They do not charge for extra treatments. Don't have the spider problem I did.

Description of Work: We signed up for quarterly treatments with them for ants and spiders. They are great, always responsive and good customer service. They even alerted us to an emergency at home and went out of their way to try & contact us.

Description of Work: They clean all the cobwebs away; treat yard and house perimeter for ants, spiders etc.; also have bait boxes for mice and rats; treat for snails when necessary. House is treated inside when there are signs of ants indoors

Description of Work: We have quarterly service with them. They seem to have a lot of turnover in technicians, which becomes quite cumbersome as I have to walk through the details of my yard each and every time they come to remind them not to spray my garden, certain areas around our pool, etc. It would be nice if they would assign a technician who knows our home and avoid the hassle of us having to constantly be home and make sure the service is done correctly with each new technician that is sent out.

Description of Work: Very professional and effective service. In the past, we've had terrible issues with ants and spiders. They've completely taken care of the problems and are easy to work with.

Description of Work: They inspected the home, took down all spiderwebs from the outside, sprayed the outside perimeter and yard for our extreme ant problem. The also sprayed the interior of the home for the ants. | |They said to expect an onslaught of ants in the few days after the spraying as they would be "running away". But we only had a few on the kitchen counter about 4 days later. Before and since then, NO ANTS! Yippee..we signed up for the year service and look forward to being ant and bug free. |
